The box was damage from the front looked like it was just thrown but other than that the tv had no scratches or any broken pieces.

Coming from a Samsung plasma that had begun springing lines on the right hand side of the screen. It's a shame that the industry mothballed plasma, as that technology always offered the best picture. Now we're pretty much forced to buy LED that is cheap and where the manufacturers make boatloads of money off of it. Every house that I've walked in to over the past 5 years with a LED TV on since I had the plasma had looked like crap. I thought maybe in 2020 the technology might have improved a bit. Nope, it didn't. I do have to futz around with the all the contrast, brightness, etc., settings, but am not hopeful.

webOS not compatible with major streaming sites

WiFi issues after two months. Unacceptable

Started out great, but screen died after 21 days

Good colors, sound and easy to program. However, after 21 days of use, the tv screen went black. You could hear the sound, but no picture. Took the item back to Best Buy and was told it was defective. They no longer carry this model and had to purchase a more expensive model. Best Buy's customer service honored my 30-day money back guarantee and I had no problems obtaining the refund.

Not so Apple friendly

Decent for the money, but has streaming issues from iPhone X. Apple connectivity was one of the selling points. It Crashes all the time...
