out of the box the picture was poor ,then the buffering started i had it direct connected to a new router and 300mbs internet connection, no app for ESPN, poor sound had to buy a sound bar to cleanup the sound

So let me start off with saying that it is a great price. Can't argue that. But I installed the TV myself at my moms house and I noticed that I got a 55 inch TV. But the box said 60 inch. And I paid for a 60 inch TV. Why lie on the box when it's really a 55 inch TV

I really wish I didn’t purchase this tv. First few weeks it worked great then I wasn’t able to use it with my Nintendo Switch. Waste of money for anyone who wants to use the HDMI ports for a gaming system.

Dead after 7 months!!!! I was a diehard Samsung user, then decided to give LG a shot. I purchased 2 LG tv’s, and they are BOTH dead.

Picture quality looks good but loading app such as Netflix is taking longer than expected. Remote is horrible, need to press it so hard to get something. I am unsure if I received a defective piece but I am not at all comfortable with the given remote. Please let me know if there is an option to fix the issue.

Glad we went with this size because the 75 inch was way too big. I love it on my wall and its a great tv. I love Lg Products. The only thing I dislike is that this smart tv don't have some of the programs like my Samsung tv has. But I love it and the quality and picture is wonderful.

Extremely happy with this tv great sound, picture, and interface. LG gives you channels you can watch with internet connection and that is a big plus. Great upgrade over last tv.

Works great, looks great, if i had to be specific about anything it’d be that there is a bit of an input lag sometimes but for the most part it works great for the price, i have about 10 feet between the tv and couch so i’m glad i didn’t go any bigger.
