LG has been a product we have used in the past with good results. We are a bit apprehensive about the air going up from it instead of the standard straight out but time will tell if that effects it ability to cool well. However, it was the only one the right size for where we needed to put it. Thank you Best Buy for your price match making this very affordable along with the other AC we needed and bought at the same time and good terms of repayment. We appreciate your good service.

What I really liked about this unit is how far it does not stick out the window. It has pretty much a 50-50 inside and outside where it sits. It works extremely well and would definitely buy another one if need be.

Expected it to colder, but it actually was just cool enogh for our little home. Easy install, very quiet, and easy to use. No regrets...love it!

This is a small but mighty unit. This easily keeps a space 700sq ft and under very cool. Very happy with my purchase. The dimensions are pretty close.

very effective... did lot of research before buying this, we got the smallest window of this world in our rented basement.. This was the only AC that fitted. Very powerful .. quiet.. was easy to fit...

Fits great in the window and works very well for the size room we have it in which is a 12 x 12 room.

Works as intended and got a great deal on it. Knocked off a star as the side panels were too small for my 36" windows. I was able to work around it but I wanted to call that out for others to be aware of.

Cools a bedroom nicely. Not too noisy. Seems to cycle on and off a lot .

So far so good. My boyfriend just installed this two days ago. I get very hot at night and needed something to help. I was worried it would be loud but it isn’t. Of course it makes noise and is not completely silent but it does not bother us when sleeping or watching tv. We had a very hard time finding wide enough screen side panels to go in our window and finally just improvised. Overall though I’m happy. It has a remote but it’s not too fancy.

Keeps the room cool. I could have used a little more btu, but this works fine.

Great AC for a small room. Easy to set-up. It's not so noisy so that was a big plus
