I bought this for the 3D movies I enjoy watching. I wasn't planning on a 65" but am glad I ended up with it. The 3D effect is excellent. The movie Ant Man was just like in the movie theater. The rest of the video functions are as expected. I have no complaints and can easily recommend it.

I purchased this TV primarily for the 3D capability. I previously owned a 3D Vizio tv that developed vertical lines that became a distraction, however the 3D quality on the Vizio was fantastic. Since I own a good collection of 3D blu-ray disks I wanted another 3D TV. It looked like the LG would fit the bill perfectly. It was a 4k ultra HD with 3D. However when I tried to play 3D movies on the LG I was completely disappointed with the quality of the picture. The top half of the screen was good, but the bottom half was all out of focus. It looked like double exposure or ghosting. No adjustment on the TV would fix the problem. The standard 2D picture is wonderful. I am currently trying to work with LG customer support to see if there is anything that can be done to fix this problem.

This is simply great tv. I set up my home theater room around this model. The picture is very close to the qualilty of a plasma. I don't use the internal speakers because with the ARC input on this tv I can use my Yamaha RX-V681 with one HDMI cable to the tv.Being 4K with a 10 bit panel gives a awesome picture. Colors are vibrant and picture is very crisp. Love the web browser along with the preinstalled apps. This is one awesome television. If you are considering a new LED go for it you won't be sorry.

I have no complaints about this TV. The Web OS aspect is easy to use. I have only used the 3D element a couple times but in both cases picture is excellent. 4K UHD content looks spectacular.

Can't believe the clairity of the picture. When I first turned it on my cats were a little skittish like they were not sure if the people on the screen were actually here. Along with all the extra bells and whistles its a great TV and was a great deal.

I purchased this TV specifically because I learned the 3D feature is a dying feature and would not be put into TV future. I absolutely love the picture, and how it can offer me 3D and also 4KUHD in one tv. This is an awesome tv. I'm so happy I got it.

This is a great tv. Been looking for a good passive 3d tv (glasses do not need any batteries and you can use the same ones from the theatres). This tv even converts regular 2d into 3d, though the effect is not as pronounced. Great tv (lg65uh8500).

I bought this TV for a family room home theater. I want to upgrade to HDR and still have 3D. The price was unbeatable for so many features. My only complaint is light bleed. Otherwise has a great picture.

I changed my mind from buying a Sony to this LG. This is because I want the 3D before they are no longer available. The Sony 3D experience got poor reviews, while the LG got good reviews

Bought tv because it was a display model that had a great price. I have 6 large screen tvs and just needed additional tv for a room that did not have a tv already. But this is a great tv great picture and very happy that I bought it.

We bought this TV after doing quite a bit of research. It does a great job at a reasonable price. It was a little time consuming to tweak it...and had an issue that we had to call the company to help with but it was not a big deal.

We bought this TV to replace an older one that had been damaged by lightning. After doing a lot of research, it came down to Samsung & LG. In our opinion, the LG produced a better picture. We have been very happy with this purchase.

This LG TV is one of the best values I've seen for a TV. The picture is excellent. If you take a deep look at the features, and compare to the competition, it blows all of them out of the water. Not one complaint about this TV.

I originally was going to buy a Sony when I saw this TV and was swayed by a blue shirt to check it out. And wow, I love this tv. When you walk into Best Buy and you see amazing tvs and then when you buy one it never looks like that right? Well with this tv that is not the case, every day when I come home, I'm like wow this looks just like it did in Best Buy with the amazing colors and vivid picture. The OS on this thing is great, LG calls it WebOS and I have to say it's definitely an intuitive OS for. TV making doing things more enjoyable and seamless. Btw, the tv it self is beautiful, stainless steel/silver stand and lip and white back. Just looks great. Can't go wrong here!

This tv is everything i wanted and more. There are so many features to list that are great but the one that impressed me the most was the dolby vision hdr. Amazing.

Excellent TV. I was able to buy it on open-box and got a steal of a price. Only negative is the limited HDMI inputs, but that is minor and shows how great the television is. Great value for the price.

This TV was a pricey but well worth it purchase. I always mocked 3D TVs until I brought one home. The 4K is amazing and changes even old TV shows into WOW. The 3D is better than in theater. Love It!!!

Love this TV thought it was nice, but once I got it home I was impressed more. Clean upscaling of pucture, and great sound for a thin tv. Functions continue to impress even after a month of owning it.

This is my secong 4k tv and it exceeds expectations, ultra fast proccessor, and 3d is amazing even when converted, only problem i see every now and then is light clouding but doesnt really bother me

I have been out of the TV market since 2011. This was our first TV purchase since then and we are impressed. Going from a 40 in to a 60 in is amazing! Also, picture quality is amazing. The remote is a little too sensitive, but hey it works.
