Bought the TV a month or so ago and I'm really happy with it. Features are good. Plenty of Smart TV apps, browser works good. Easy to use. Color is great. Picture quality is really nice. My first 4K TV so I see a big difference over the other TVs in the house. Only thing is the back lighting sucks. When the picture on the screen is dark and any small light shows up in the screen you get this weird light band from top to bottom across the screen. Very annoying. Still trying to see if there is a way to adjust that out of it. Otherwise a great TV. I do miss Plasma clarity though.... RIP quality

I love this TV!! We replaced our older LG for this model for our living room. The picture quality is amazing and we are enjoying the Smart TV functions. User friendly and easy enough for my kids to navigate the commands. Definitely recommend!!

With some fine tuning in the settings the picture can turn out great. The apps and system respond quick. The remote is simple and easy to use. The one thing I do not like is the stand, I will be putting this on the wall though. The stand seems to small for the TV and it wobbles all over the place.

I had it over a month now. So far the picture quality it's great, with regular HD channels I can notice the difference from my 55 HD Vizio that I bought in 2013. I been looking for a smart tv for a while and I'm not disappointed.I like the set up on this tv and remote control its nice, easy to work.

The picture quality is outstanding. The HDR adds an extra crispness to the picture. The only reason that it is 4 stars vs 5 stars... There is not a good selection of apps available for the TV. The standard ones are available (Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu) but, no ESPN, MLB.

The picture quality is amazing! Haven't even toyed with the preferences, except for HDR for video playback on standard Blu-ray to smooth out the playback, and the picture is so immersive that you feel as if you can touch it. The depth and textures seem as if you can touch it, or its just out of reach. An overall excellent experience with everything we view, from movies to sports to the local news. The remote takes some getting used to and doesn't quite have the proper functions to control the DVD player, but the way it interacts with our DirecTv system is flawless. Combined with the Vizio 5.1 surround sound system we already had, the combination is amazing. Looking forward to pairing this with an LG home system in the future, along with a 4K video player when the prices come down.

When purchasing a TV earlier this year I was searching for a current, reasonably priced 4k TV HDR to Replace my 2009 Samsung 52 inch TV. The first time I came to the store I settled on a 2016 55 inch LED TV from LG. After installing it at home I immediately had buyers remorse realizing that newer TV's have much smaller Bezels allowing a larger TV to fit into my living room. Lucky for me Best Buy allows for the return of a product. I Immediately bought an LG 65 inch TV. It fits perfectly in my living room cabinet and looks great. The magic remote is awesome. I search the web and check my emails, watch Netflix and YouTube all using the smart TV`s Web browser and apps. Only thing is if I had the money I would have liked to have bought the OLED TV as that has a better picture.

I went into BB to purchase a TV about 2/3 the price of this one. Didn't think I needed to spend on more current tech. So glad I went with this! The picture is amazing. Size is perfect for the space (above fireplace). Setup and use is very intuitive and easy. Have been able to get rid of all but DVD and Apple TV components with the Smart TV access to HULU, Netflix and Amazon. (We don't use cable.) Compared to TVs that were several hundred or 1k $ more, this is a solid buy! When the next TV goes out in the media room I will consider this or similar.

Great picture. So easy to set up and the bluetooth remote control is fantastic. I cannot seem to get the ARC to work with my Denon receiver though.

In researching TVs marketing vs. performance was really interesting with 240 TruMotion and similar ploys for refresh rates etc. After looking around and confirming I did not need OLED, I did want 4k with 120 refresh rate. This TV serves that in spades and comes with many bells and whistles that makes connecting Firestick, Chromecast and apps extremely easy. The remote that acts like a mouse is easy to use and a handy addition. I got an open box/demo special and the my old tv mount worked, so it was even fast and easy to install.

It was difficult to decide for this TV I purchased another model before but when I saw features of this model I decided to return the other one and get this one. Very important features: • Audio quality really great even knowing it is a really thin TV Harman Kardon did great on this one. • Video Quality the Dolby Vision really does great playing 4K content from stream video services. • Smart Remote, you can use it like a mouse pointer, really easy to navigate in the menu. ** The only thing that I didn't like is that LG store does not have a lot of apps like the one for my cable Company "Spectrum" or any other network apps, they should built a compatible system,

After looking over several different 4K TVs for months I finally decided on the one for me. This thing is so nice. The blacks are so deep and the colors are so vibrant. For the price I don't think it could be beat. Even out of the box the different settings were great. HDR is something u have to see to understand how much you need it in your life. This TV being equipped with both Dolby and HDR10 just made it an even more obvious choice. LG also added an update for us gamers so there is an HDR game mode now too!

This LG TV is by far one of the best TVs I've had. Due to issues with Vizio, went through two of them in 2 years, I finally just got a LG after being told I didn't have to buy another vizio, thought I had to. Anyways, the picture is amazing, and the sound quality is great, you don't even need to use a sound bar or theater system, as there powerful enough. I use it with my new xbox, and the hdr is absolutely insane. Anyways, get the tv, its rather inexpensive, and its awesome

I am not a techy person when it comes tv's. For my family this TV is perfect, it has a beautiful picture, good sound, and it looks great. The remote is pretty cool too, and makes jumping around from web, Netflix, cable, and Apple TV really easy.

TV has a good picture although right out of the box takes some fine tuning and tinkering as some shows had the soap opera effect but I'm still happy with my decision and if nothing else the remote is fantastic it works like a mouse with a scroll wheel so point and click and your off and running it replaced my Logitech harmony and I couldnt be be happier I also got rid of an hdmi splitter bexcuse the interface is that easy to use

I didn't go into the store that day to buy anything. I just wanted to look and potentially scope out a Samsung set that was affordable. Maybe something from the middle aisle in boxes that was on sale that Labor Day weekend that I might consider coming back for. However I didn't wonder what the big deal was about all this new Tv technology and to see what differences it meant. An hour and a half later, the best salesman I've had in an electronics store educated me on it all. I bought this tv and the 7.1 LG sound bar at a great holiday discount. I can say that this tv is amazing. The picture looks like it did in the store display. I use Fios and everything from volume, function, ease of use, fun to use, picture quality, connectivity, visual appealing interface, etc. is A+. I cannot think of one thing I'd like to improve. It is near perfect. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat and really am sold on LG 4K

Bought brand new in 2017 & still working great in 2023.

backlight zones are pretty obvious, esp with black screen when you move cursor. overall good picture and really good refresh rate. Set it to "game" to minimize the processing and just let the picture come through as intended. Wish it could Chromecast.... I have a Google Home and I can throw video/audio to any other device in my house. That said, the onboard apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) work flawlessly and much faster than PS3 I had been using.

This TV is entry level at mid level pricing. If you are not a person who has ever seen a plasma TV or someone who does not care about motion blur, pixel freeze, or just not knowing what display resolution your TV is currently in, then you will not be annoyed with this TV. Those are the things that drove me nuts, for the good. This 7700 series TV was very bright and uniformed light exposure over the entire panel. The brights and colors were great and the darks were OK. Motion from a 1080p source that was being up converted did not do well for me. Premium monster cables and all. If you have native 4k sources and watch things that do not need to be processed you should be good with this TV. Anything, and yes this includes all sports in 1080p that will be up converted to 4k will have motion blur. Hope this helps !!

Nice colors, like the remote for apps. Easy to change settings .
