I absolutely love this tv. The picture quality is awesome and the navigation is very easy.

About 3 months of use now, tv is usually on all day, every day. Picture is great, colors are vibrant. 4k playback of discs through Xbox One is smooth, picture never stutters or pixelates. We have had absolutely no problems with this tv. I reduced rating to 4 stars due to the user interface, which is a little convoluted, sometimes hard to find settings.

I like the TV for the price, but hate the lack of instructions or user guidance. We stream most of our content and it's really hard to figure out how to download the channels we like that aren't preloaded. I'm still having trouble figuring out how to reorganize the lineups. Overall, I used to hate LG and since I picked up this deal I'm pleasantly surprised.

I absolutely love my TV. The picture is amazing and it is so easy to use.

This is my first LED 4K tv and I have not been anything less than loving it. (I had an LG Plasma that was replaced by this one and that one still works perfect too). The quality of this picture is as close to perfect as can be altho the sound could be a bit better. I followed it up with a soundbar with wireless sub...now it rocks!!! Highly recommend this tv.

LOVE this TV. Got it for a great price and much less than other 4K/UHD TVs in a similar size. My only nit picky complaint was that the wall mount is not in the center of the TV but on the lower half. If you have an existing mount then you will most likely have to lower the mount itself to get a similar mount height. Other than that, GREAT TV.

This is a beautiful TV with a fantastic picture. Weighs very little. 4k is the only way to watch TV. Did buy a,song system to go with it. Easy to set up.

When I went in to the store I had a different tv in mind. But after comparing this tv to the others in the same price range and similar feature sets I decided to purchase this one. Very happy with my purchase, great picture, and it has everything I needed in a TV.

I STARTED MY SEARCH FOR A NEW 65" TV . I VISITED BEST BUY WERE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND MADE MY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EASY AND FUN. I CHOSE THE LG PRODUCT NOT ONLY BECAUSE OF THE VALUE PRICE BUT THE PICTURE QUALITY AND SOUND AND INCREDIBLE. I REALLY THINK THE 4K MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

My problem is we paid $100.00 for Geek Squad installation and thought that included how the TV worked. TV was in stalled and I was shown a couple of things about the remote and that was it . Not one word on how to use the Smart part or how to watch 4K. Felt like I got about $20.00 dollars worth of Geek Squad service. Also we didn't even get a manual to try and figure this out on our own. TV is good service not. I guess I need to get use to the fact younger people don't care about older people or just don't have the patience for us. Kind of felt like we were throw to the wolfs. And as surveys go, I really don't expect any thing to be done about this , I will however think long and hard before I Make an other purchase from best buy. Will be shocked to hear back.

I bought this television after wanting to upgrade to 4k for quite some time. The picture quality is excellent and the on board sound is actually quite good. No complaints after having it for about a month. Overall very pleased with purchase.

This is actually our second set of LG 4k TV. It is really great, this one is actual brighter than the first set (2 years apart, I think) we got. very easy to set up. we got them when they are on sale, very affordable. really enjoy them!

Upgraded to this after my 10 year old tv died. Picture is wonderful love the smart tv features. Great price.

GUYS no need to spend so much money on samsung when you can get the same thing at much cheaper price .Seriously tv works great and the picture quality is great i am loving 4k at such a good price .

The hdmi inputs on my old TV were fried due to a thunderstorm, so I convinced my wife it was time for an upgrade. I have to say I'm loving the set, great picture and pretty decent sound.

I have been looking for quit some time to upgrade our TV. It seemed that every time I was ready something new came out. Being frugal at heart, or cheapskate as my wife says, I was careful to not impulse by, so I did some research. When this model went on sale I jumped on it, and was very glad I did. I have since bought an LG sound bar to complete my living room upgrade. I'm not an electronic geek, and this more than does what I need. I'm still learning apps, and all the add ons, but the quality of the picture is great, and the clarity is second to none. For all you cheapskates and non, it's great overall buy

Although the tv is great as far as picture and quality I've had the tv not turn on 3 times already. Not sure the issue with that still figuring that out.

A friend recommended this TV and it is worth the $. Great picture and sound. I installed it above the fireplace in my living room. Shows great even in a bright room.

When we received this television, it did not take very long to set up. The biggest challenge was balancing it with my petite wife in order to put on the included stand pieces. Electronic set up was far easier, and shouldn't be confusing to most people. One thing that had me bordering on a 4 star review was a bit of backlight bleeding in one of the corners of the model. This was only an issue in some of the darker scenes in shows, movies and games, but it was enough to drive us a little mental. We did some doctoring of our own to fix that problem though, and we are very happy with our purchase!
