Easy set up. Didn't turn the TV on for a week, as I haven't purchased a couch yet in my new home. Went to turn it on and the power board is dead. Called the Geek Squad. They came to the house to check it out, suggested an exchange at the store, but I'm outside of the return window. Called the Geek Squad agent back to order the part to fix it, and it went straight to voice mail and I've yet to hear back.

    Great TV

Not sure with the guys complaining about with the picture but it's a great picture, and a lot of option to adjust if you need to. I'm watching it straight out of the box no adjustments and not having an issue. I do a lot of gaming so I don't have any lagging but I am direct plug-in on the Internet for other apps on it seem to work great so far. It's sad that the guy with the warp bevel gave it one star for the entire TVs performance over a bevel that has zero to do with performance. It's a great TV and is definitely at a great price the other feature I really like is the fact that it doesn't run hot it's a very cool running TV which is nice when you already have other devices like an Xbox that runs hot. Also the other thing forgot to say is that it has a faster boot up then a lot of TVs that I've seen in a quick shut down.

    Really good for the price

This tv is really good and if you can find it on sale ,$850 or below, I say go for it. This TV is 4k Ultra and HDRpro which makes it "future proof". Now you might have a hard time understanding LG's logic when trying to find out if there TV's are truly HDR compatible, let me explain. For LG TV's all sets labled as HDRpro will do HDR10 and for the sets labeled Super UHD these will do HDR10 and Dolby Vision. There is a reviewer on here saying that this TV only emulates HDR which is not accurate. There is a mode on this TV under settings that allows you to choose an "HDR effect" as one of your programable picture settings. This setting is not HDR it's just a picture preset. You can not access HDR until HDR content is received by the TV from an HDR video source i.e Xbox One S, Netflix, Amazon etc. When an HDR signal is received by the TV an HDR logo appears on the screen and at this point you can go into picture settings and there will now be a new section named "HDR", not the one called "HDR effect", and the settings are Vivid, Bright, and Standard. HDR looks amazing paired with 4k.

Just upgraded from my Samsung HD 55" LED and i am so upset i didnt do it earlier. Picture quality beyond what i expected and great sound even without the surround sound hooked up. Though there arent many options out there for watching full 2160p i am happy i picked mine up now. Great price and easy set up!

    Awesome TV Viewing

I went to the local store knowing only that I wanted to upgrade to a 65" TV. With the help of the Best Buy Customer Service Department Employee I was shown assorted brands and models but none fit the budget until he showed me the LG 65UH55. What sold me on this TV was the UHD 4K, built in WI-FI, ROKU and the PRICE. The set up and hook up took less than 30 minutes. I was extremely "HAPPY" when I turned it on and saw the picture quality. I am not one to sign into a store account just to add a comment. But I did this time to add emphasis to the awesome TV viewing I have since my purchase of this TV on 9/2/2016.

I bought this TV 2 yrs ago. The picture quality was good. Plenty of apps only down side was Hulu app on this tv will not show Hulu live, had to use firestick or Chromecast for live. 2 coworkers and I bought the same tv with a week of each other. 1 tv stopped working after 14 months, my tv has stopped working after 2 yrs and the 3rd tv has stopped working intermittently. Just a matter of time for that one to stop working. I believed LG made better tv's.

Once I set this up the picture was not great. But when I set it up correctly it was great. I thought that this 4K tv could just read HDR but when I read one of the recent reviews that he could actually play HDR through an Xbox one S or a 4K DVD player playing a HDR movie or a Netflix UHD account, I quickly went to my Netflix account and upgraded to UHD and I found a movie with HDR and my TV set itself to HDR mode and picture was crystal clear. I'm not saying this is the best, TV but for the money you can't beat it. I got it on sale for $849. I think this tv beats out Samsung's 6300 and Sony's 750d. Of course it beats out Vizio.

Looking for a new tv in the $800 price range. Salesman pointed this one out in the box as being on sale for $899. Wasn't sure since there was no display model to check quality of picture and sound. Took a chance and we were pleasantly surprised. Has excellent picture quality and the sound was great. Price ended up at $849. A deal that I couldn't pass up. I would definitely buy again.

I have had the TV for 2 days. It's easy to use. One thing that could be better is the sound. Not alot of 4k content yet. I would recommend.

No vol or source buttons on TV

4.5 stars. Great price. Great picture. The speakers are decent, but of course you'd probably prefer a sound bar. The variety of smart apps built in is insane, but I'll never use them. My biggest peeve with this TV is that the TV itself only seems to have a power button on the bottom. No volume controls or source input buttons without the included remote / a universal remote programmed for the TV.
