I bought this tv for my man cave it's great I haven't had any problems the sound is great the picture is even better and I love the built in apps

The quality of my picture is incredible. If you compare it to the price it is a big win for me! An affordable system with incredible quality!

The picture quality is good for the pricing . I think they TV's performance is just as good as the more expensive TVs you can't see the difference. The only criticism of the TV is it's not as thin as I thought it would be but I guess it would make the TV more stable however the TV was still LED light .

This tv has a great picture and price to match. Easy set-up and install. Recommended to 3 co-workers and all are satisfied also.

Picture is good - not great. I had to play with the color and brightness settings to get the picture the way that I want it. Unless there were many more available 4K programs available, I am not sure that I would purchase this. While the picture is good, cable TV and most shows on Amazon and Netflix are not broadcase in 4K, thereby rending this feature fairly meaningless. The price was reasonable, so I am not totally disappointed.

I researched this model and I thought I saw that it had True motion 120, which I assumed was a refresh rate of 120 hz. It turned out that it is only 60 hz. The normal picture is very good but fast action may not be that good.

So far the colors are fantastic and the smart tv function is fast. It doesn't lag during video game play.

Got this for 799.99 and its a good deal for the price. Only issue is wifi seems to reset everytime tv is turned off and requires password to be rendered everytime

Excellent TV for all of your daily essentials (VUDU, Netflix, Amazon Video, etc...). The picture is great, sound is great, and the interface is easy to get used to. However, if you're a sports fanatic like me, you'd have to use an additional component like an Amazon Fire Stick or Gaming System to stream most live games (ESPN, NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass, etc). But overall, great purchase.

Shoped for several weeks before making my decision and glad i went to best buy..they were able to answer all my questions and i had a lot. These guys/girls know their products..will only use best buy from now on for big ticket electronics..best buy = best deal. Great picture..and price.

I love the ease of installation and set up for this smart tv. Best picture quality I've seen.

Not sure what all the complaints are about.. I've had this TV for 3 weeks and see no problems with it. I like the picture even though out of the box, it look bad. You just have to not be lazy and adjust the picture settings to your liking. My only gripe about it is that it takes long to switch between the inputs. 4 Stars for now but if it changes, I'll update my review :)

All around a great TV, except sound quality. If you have this TV in a larger room (should be large, since it's 65 inch) you'll need a sound bar.
