Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the picture quality, particularly the black levels and contrast, of this 65-inch OLED TV, frequently praising its HDR capabilities and ease of use. However, some customers cite the high price as a drawback, and a few mention concerns about motion handling and potential burn-in issues over extended use. The lack of 3D functionality is also noted by some buyers.

We are thrilled with the LG OLED TV. The color, clarity, and depth in the picture are excellent.

I love this tv. It was a but stressful setting up as you need to use the included styrofoam blocks to hold the screen per the instructions. Once it's up you're happy. HDR Netflix looks great. More content will come out over time. Gaming is good since it's had a software update. HDR and regular gaming has an input lag under 30ms. I don't have a 4k boy ray player yet so I can't comment on that but I'm sure it's amazing. Cheers

Beautiful picture. Easy to use. Only downside with WEBOS operating system short on apps compared to Android systems. Other than that very nice TV! I Added Fire TV for Android based apps.

This tv replaced my Panasonic plasma that got fried by a power surge. The depth of color, contrast and clarity are better than my plasma. That being said, watching a movie is a very different experience because the picture is almost too clear. It doesn't feel like you're watching a movie. It's hard to describe but you should watch a movie in 4K before you buy. I love watching sporting events because of the color and clarity but I'm not yet sold this is such a good thing when watching movies. Being able to tell which actors are wearing hair pieces isn't what I'm looking for. It feels like you're on a movie set instead of being caught up in the movie. You be the judge.

Expensive, but best television I've ever purchased. Upgraded in size from an old plasma screen in a sunlit room, and the picture is a big improvement from what was a top of the line tv many years ago when I bought it. True colors, bright enough to be seen in a bright room, and no pixilation with HD cable signal. Only problem is I cannot get the remote away from the rest of the family long enough to see what I want to watch!

Worth Every Dollar, Blows Samsung away

This TV crushes my top-of-the-line Samsung UHD LED, blowing it completely out of the water! Colors and motion blur (after firmware update) are vastly better! The only issue is slight lag on HDR gaming signal. So be warned about that if you are buying this for gaming. I don't game so the picture is top notch and this doesn't bother me! I am so glad LG stuck with OLED and glad I got one on such a Black Friday discount!

I waited for 3 years to buy this tv. With few price drops I had to make the purchase! I have not explored everything yet but tried some netflix ultra 4k photography shows and they were amazing. I am replacing my Panasonic plasma and this picture is even better! What surprised me the most is just my TW cable signal looked better than before can't wait for the Ultra Blu-ray player, I would recommend this TV it is stunning.

We bought this as a replacement for a Samsung LEDTV (55", ~7 yrs. old) and, so far, are extremely happy with the television. The thin bezel really makes this screen feel much larger than it is and the vibrancy of the picture is amazing. Programs we enjoyed with our previous television (which we loved) are even better than before. I cannot comment on the sound quality because we use a 5.1 surround sound system.

    The "Ultimate TV" !

Yes, this OLED 65" flat TV is as good as everyone says it is. I got it to replace a top of the line 2008 Samsung 52" LCD. It had been splitting the screen into 4 sections horizontally for the first half hour of use and was getting worse. So, I replaced an excellent TV with a fantastic TV! My chair is at an angle to the screen and the OLED was the clear choice to fix the reduced color and clarity issues I was experiencing. Best Buy is THE place for buying high end electronics. Their sales, service and support are the best and you can have confidence in them. Now, I'm 71 years old and somewhat 'technologically burnt-out'. That means I can understand most of the latest innovations okay, but don't really want to! I'm a retired mechanic and pretty handy so I can mount it and hook it up, but the operation requires a learning curve. I also made the BIG mistake of switching my TV service the same week I got the new TV. Talk about a LEARNING CURVE! Wow, don't do that to yourself. I went from Verizon FIOS, which I liked, to Spectrum cable which is $50 a month cheaper, but kind of sucks. TV signal is good but the DVR, remote and guide are difficult to navigate, look really cheap (like an old MS-DOS shareware program) and I guess you get what you pay for, which is why I spang for $3K on a TV. I am enjoying it and am sure that after I get it all figured out over the next few months, I'll really LOVE it! It is totally worth it and was paid for with a tax refund! See my review on the LG sound bar I got at the same time.

This TV is worth the price. Believe me when I tell you. Very easy to set up and the picture just blows you away. The OLED technology shines on 4K blue ray discs. If you like to watch movies this will make ur heart pound. Get the Panasonic 4K blue ray player and u will not want to leave ur couch. Sports do look great, as well. We had friends over for the Super Bowl and it impressed everyone that walked in the room.

Best picture I have ever seen on a TV. Much better than standard 65" smart TVs. Easy to set up for the most part. Had trouble and still having trouble getting the remote to work correctly (or as advertised). Works for most functions but haven't yet figured out how to get all the functions on it that are on my cable box remote. And somehow while setting the remote up to replace my cable box remote I inhibited some of my cable box remote functions. For now I must use two remotes; fortunately everything works on one remote or the other. Love the TV, just hope someday I can get the remote issues resolved. For right now I don't know what to try next.

This is the best TV picture I have ever seen, period. If you can afford it, go for it. I've had the TV for six weeks now, and it still impresses me every time I turn it on. I did a great amount of research before taking the plunge on this TV. There is some negative information out there about burn-in, but I have not had any issues. High def broadcasts courtesy of DirecTv are clear and vibrant. (Best TV football game experience I've had.) Blu-rays are amazing, and standard DVDs look better than ever. The TV really shines with 4k blu-rays. I just purchased the Oppo DBP-203 4k disc player, and watched my first 4k movie last night, Star Trek: Beyond. The colors that this TV produces are almost unbelievable. No TV has better contrast, with no bleeding in scenes containing dark and bright elements. The only negative was a couple instances of judder, but they were only a few seconds each, and did not distract from the overall experience. All 4 HDMI inputs are HDR compatible. There are no viewing angle issues, and this TV supports both 4k formats, HD10 and Dolby VIsion, which most LED TVs do not. Highest recommendation possible.
