I went to Best buy at destiny mall and they assured me that they had this tv. I went back 4 hrs later to buy the tv and another associate told me they have never carried this tv in their store. She looked at other best buys and found one for me, so I was able to go to that location and buy it. So In conclusion I was unhappy at the initial experience of buying a tv from Best Buy but am happy with the product.
