TV works great, nice quality, big screen

Connected to the internet easily, without any issues, very reliable and great product, Did receive a sloppy service from the Manager. Was rude and arrogant, I brought this TV from the Warehouse sale event at Houston location The product was missing more items then listed, I went back to inquire about and the manager totally refuse to corporate in any ways and said these are as is items. I brought other items such as Dish washer and Gas range and found the same rude and arrogant attitude from the Manager. I have never rec'd such bad service from best buy before ( last 16 years )
