Great picture, inconsistent audio

Great colors and bright (not quite bright enough to watch when it's bright out without drawing shades, but still very good). Unfortunately it's hobbled by a slow interface (several seconds after you click for the menu to respond) and very poor audio support. It *sometimes* works well with an external receiver (remote and surround sound) but frequently stops working (no audio, no remote), and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason and no way to fix. Probably bad software updates. Too bad because it's otherwise a very good TV, but the bad audio has turned me off of the brand.

For the audio issue, try adjusting the sound settings in the AI Sound Pro or Clear Voice Pro modes to optimize the sound for your environment. If you're using an external receiver, please ensure that LG Sound Sync is enabled and check if the firmware of both the TV and receiver are up to date, as updates can sometimes resolve these issues.
As for the slow interface, we recommend checking if any apps are running in the background, or performing a factory reset and reinstalling apps to improve performance. Sometimes, a software update can also resolve sluggishness.
