A little over a year and the tv started having issues, it started having issues with the screen losing picture and showing vertical lines. We had to typically in plug the unit for awhile and plug it back in to resolve the issue. A week of that issue we called Geek squad, they sent a tech out, who tested the unit and ordered parts, parts were replaced, still same issue. Awaiting a decision on if it will get replaced. The geek squad tech and staff have been pleasant to deal with.

It’s too dark in any room with light. The picture is also blurry. I’ve tried to switch setting with no luck. Overall, too expensive for what you get.

If I could give it a 1 star I would. It came defective after Best Buy had promised it be in good condition. Very disappointed. Looking to see if theyll pick it up instead of me going to the store. Very frustrating.

Great TV! Upgraded from a 50" tv to a 65". Very clear picture and very easy to setup. Haven't had any issue and color is gorgeous. Some movies are really dark but easy to adjust. Game mode is great and smooth for gameplay on my PS5. Wall mounted this like my other tv, took 2 of us but we managed. Using my old soundbar so no issues there.

Bought this tv and it was shipped fast, unfortunately it was cracked at the bottom right of the screen during delivery. I called Best Buy and they took care of me right away, I was able to go to my nearest Best Buy and exchange my item with no problems. Customer service was amazing. As for the tv it’s great, the 120hz refresh rate on the tv s amazing, picture quality is amazing, the tv has amazing features. I would say this is right below the OLED tvs but at this time this was with in my budget and I am vey happy and would highly recommend. OLED tv are best options but are very high in price and for the price of this of you can’t go wrong I promise you.

Bought specifically for gaming and it's excellent for that. the refresh rate makes newer games with high framerates sing, honestly, and the myriad options in the Game Optimizer settings are pretty killer. I know, I know, PCs, blah blah...but for the console gaming set, this is just perfect. Also like the motion control of the remote for searching in apps like Hulu or YouTube or whatever–so much faster than selecting from the virtual keyboard with directional inputs. Sound is excellent as well, especially in a smaller room. Lastly, it's fast. My last tv was a samsung that took several seconds to register inputs and connected to wifi slowly. i know these are high class problems, i'm just saying it's nice with this tv to be searching for a movie with a couple seconds of firing it up.

The LG has fantastic color and easy set up. The 65 inch can be seen easily from anywhere in the room with no glare. I highly recommend getting a sound bar makes hearing it much better.

I love my new LG QNED80 TV! Great picture with beautiful color. I have many options to choose/adjust from on this baby! Great LG Apps and functionality. The only complaint is the sound is a little “muffled”but adding a budget soundbar will greatly increase that issue. Best Buy free delivery and a deal under $800 bucks!!

I love LG TV’s, and this LG QNED 65” is the best one I’ve had so far! Great picture quality and clarity. The colors are so vibrant. The remote is easy to use and has 4 buttons at bottom for some of the most popular streaming apps. If you can’t spend the money for an OLED TV, I highly recommend this one for the value and the price, you won’t regret it!

Bought this to upgrade from our 43-inch TV. Happy with the picture and the sound. (Didn't need the sound bar the salesman pushed.) Otherwise, we were so unhappy, we returned it. We have switched to streaming and experienced lots of lag with the upsize. Maybe the larger TV requires an extender. But we would have returned this unit anyway. The remote had too many dicey spots and made the tricky LG platform even harder to navigate. For sanity's sake, therefore, after a 2-week tryout, we returned this for another brand and model.

The TV has a nice sharp picture. Wonderful color. I didn't buy a sound bar. The sound quality is ok. I'm thinking of adding a sound bar to make it better, Great TV for the price under 1000.

The more it was used, it seemed to set in the colors. It was probably me getting use to settings too. I normally had Samsung, but needed a more affordable Tv, so I tried this and am very satisfied.

Great tv for the money. Perfect for gaming. Easy to navigate the menus. Has all the apps I need.

This tv has an amazing picture. It is super crisp and the 120 hz refresh rate is a nice addition. I also think the webOS interface is very easy to use. The only minor issue I could give is that the sound from the speakers isnt very full. But it isnt bad enough to rate going to a 4 star rating, and it is easily fixable by getting a sound bar.

Fantastic TV for our uses. Really love the colors and size. Asked reps in the home theatre department for help and they were not only willing to answer my questions, but willing to tell us what size TV was best for our needs.

Love this tv. Great picture, very reasonable price and I love the fact that I can choose different display settings for different shows, film, cinema, gaming, also eliminating the effect that turns old tv shows into stage plays. The audio is sufficient; I don't have it hooked up to a sound bar, but I don't need dramatic audio.

I love this tv! It's easy to navigate, the picture and the colors and the quality of the TV on an overall basis is great. It has more of a matte finish which cuts down significantly on any reflection that sometimes interferes with watching TV near a window or with a light on or something. I would buy this TV again if I needed to
