No complains at all! The quality is amazing and honestly better than I expected but of course we are talking about LG. If you game with this tv the quality will leave you speechless. 120ghz refresh that’s all I can say! Pretty awesome

Love the operating system. Webos is so easy to use, asking with the magic remote, can't go back to the others. TV is clear easy to set up, great picture. Qned was at the price point I needed. Much better picture than standaed LED. 120hz refresh rate is a must for action and sports viewing Definitely recommend.

First, the sales person was very helpful. Asked what we watched etc. showed me what was available and what was best for me. He was efficient in planning delivery and setting up the geek squad to install the tv is great . color sound and everything well done boys

Absolutely love this tv for sports, games, and bright movies, shows etc... Exactly what I watch! Sports pop with great motion tracking, bright colors look beautiful in games, and animated movies, there isn't much to complain about. Modern movies with dark scenes look just fine as well, although admittedly I was aware of the limitations of QNED and IPS lighting, which can wash out blacks and darks somewhat. The bottom line is that unless someone is able and willing to spend around twice the price of this model, every tv has a tradeoff in some capacity, this one does an amazing job at minimizing its weaknesses, while absolutely maximizing what it is great at! Highly recommended for anyone needing a good viewing angle, and has similar tastes in the media content they consume

Or else using the wrong version of its special remote will grant you an intrusively consistent pop-up. It's the only real distraction to this TV's beauty, alongside the atrocious-sounding speakers. Games and TV shows alike look perfect and shine in immersive color that you can tweak with AI; a sweet feature.

Great picture - good sound - good price! Very happy with the purchase - I wish I would’ve waited another couple weeks and I could’ve got another hundred dollars off but I would definitely buy this TV again.

Excellent picture good price. This item was a higher grade than we had original interest in. Was well worth the price. Sound bar was purchased as we couldn’t find any 65” tv with a good sound.

Got this just before Thanksgiving at a great price. So far, the ease of operation is wonderful and the picture looks awesome. Added the LG soundbar to make the audio as wonderful as the picture.

Great color and sound combined with the surround sound we purchased. Very vibrant and easy to set up. I like how it allows you to hide the cords in the back as well.

Very good picture,apps are easy to load.Only problem is when you buy anything anymore LG ,Sony ,all of them want too much personal data..I bought a tv to watch not to give lg my life history..

Great TV. It’s our living room TV. We have a lot of light in this room, but the picture is great. We don’t worry about a glare. We also had Best Buy do the installation through the Total Tech plan.

Amazing picture. Great for gaming and movies. Does struggle a bit with reflections in a bright room but the picture is so perfect. I just close my shades when I want to game or watch movies. Definitely recommend.

I've had many TV's and by far, this one is worth the money. The quality is out of this world! I would purchase again in a heart beat.

Great TV, clear, perfect color, sound quality, many options that I am still learning about! Would highly recommend the LG QNED ! I traded the 48" for the 65" and it is perfect in the room.

More features than I need! It's going to take a little effort to learn all the features. The picture is crystal clear and the 120Hz refresh helps quite a bit. I'm very pleased with my selection.

This tv has an excellent picture, adapts well to movie mode and to sports mode automatically. The audio is a good quality and thr remote is intuituve and simple to use.

Really amaxijg picture quality without breaking the bank. Super happy with the sharpness and ease of use and ability to ise all my apps in the OS.

great TV beautiful color. the only con to me is the remote buttons don't light up. i have to put my glasses on to see buttons

The clarity, speed, and design is impressive. Very bright and sound is reasonable that you dont reslly need a sound bar.
