During my own sister's search for a new TV last Fall 2024, I helped her decide on getting this set (except at 75"). She has owned the TV for close to a year and she loves it so I thought it would be a good upgrade from my 4K Sony Bravia that finally died after nearly a decade of disappointment from failing WiFi connectivity to crashing apps and screen suddenly all green. This TV, while not the current 2025 model had the sale price and features I wanted which was mainly that it still had an Optical Output in the back and that the display legs width is adjustable. I didn't want to just grab the first Sony (shockingly unreliable brand now) or Samsung, and lots of online reviewers praised LG's QNED tech for being an affordable bridge to OLED.... so ended up going with this after seeing it in person at my local Best Buy. Two months of ownership and I am fairly satisfied with all of its base offerings: great picture contrast, awesome HDR, it's bright AF, and it uses an easy to navigate OS. Also my 4K UHD Blu Rays look so much better on this set than on my old Sony. And love that I got it for less that $500 plus taxes. But, of course, it's not perfect. I have one less 4K input which meant something I had connected before had to be sacrificed. I didn't realize the set was "edge lit" until I bought it and noticed (kinda) that on some darker scenes, you can tell that banding is produced from the LEDs on top and bottom. I don't like that it promises that it has built in Alexa but it does not work AT ALL (I used to be able to tell Alexa to turn on/off my Sony no problem, now I gotta press the button on the remote like a dang normie). The LG App on the phone is also pretty useless, I'm not sure what I need it for at this point. I would've liked some Dolby Atmos integration or even a higher refresh rate, but that's the price point I was stuck to at the time of purchase. I also wish it had a screensaver that had scenes like on the FireStick or Apple TV. The PBS App isn't available on WebOS either which is a bummer. And that brightness... some love it but I think in some scenes (most content coming in isn't HDR) it actually feels like there's a white haze over images because of this brightness. It's mostly a problem with antenna/network programming but not so much on things like Netflix. Overall this TV was a great value and I hope it lasts me just long enough up to the point when I can afford an OLED. As my only current workhorse TV--serving as both my TV/movie viewing portal as well as my giant monitor for my Mac for my graphic design work--this LG is, so far after a couple of months, pretty great.

The LG QNED technology is amazingly vibrant in active colors. The choice was well facilitated by the amazing colors on the display TV in the store. Installation was a breeze. Follow directions. Once the TV is installed it is a pleasure to use. The menus are easy to use and intuitive and the remote with integrated mouse pointer makes controlling the TV simple and direct. I’m using it mostly for Youtube for news and space exploration and nature videos. Made it show the best colors possible and I am happy with its performance. At this price point and size it is a good choice for the cost and quality conscious person.

Awesome upgrade! Great display and all the new features. My kids love the games they can play on Netflix. And I swear the internet works better on this tv. It’s also the perfect size for my bedroom. It’s not too dark or to bright

I recently got an LG TV and honestly I’m really impressed! The picture quality is amazing – colors look so real and the black levels are super deep. WebOS is smooth and easy to use, with all the apps I need like Netflix and YouTube. The design is sleek and modern, it looks great in my living room. It’s also perfect for gaming with HDMI 2.1 and 120Hz refresh rate – super smooth experience. The only thing is the sound is okay, but much better with a soundbar.

I’ve been using this LG TV for a few days now and couldn’t be happier. The picture quality is outstanding and vibrant colors, Sound quality is surprisingly good for built-in speakers, though I paired it with a soundbar for a fuller experience. Overall, great value for the price and highly recommended!

Great picture. Took me a while to learn the functions of it since I’ve had Samsung tvs for 20 years but trusting the sales guy at the store and making the switch to the LG was well worth it.

You will get way more out of this TV than what you pay for. I would definitely get a sound bar to complete the experience

The LG 65” Class 80 Series QNED 4K UHD TV has completely transformed my entertainment setup. The picture quality is stunning with vibrant colors and deep blacks, thanks to the QNED display. Sound quality is surprisingly good, but adding a soundbar takes it to the next level. The webOS interface is smooth and easy to navigate. The sleek design and easy setup make it a perfect addition to any living room. Overall, a fantastic TV for anyone looking to upgrade their viewing experience. Highly recommended!

My tv went out in my bedroom two years ago, so I finally decided to replace it. Let me just say the 65 in. is absolutely amazing. It is as thin as an iPhone and produces no heat! I have a Samsung oled and this one seems to beat that one out! It has all the apps! Watching sports game is super crisp. The sound is respectable considering how thin the tv is. I don't need any additional speakers. If you don't have cable this is the tv to get because of the amount of apps you have access to. I would recommend this tv anyone looking to add a wow factor to their living room for a fair price.

Beautiful picture & easy access, quality sound and brightness.

I’ve had this LG 65” QNED for a few weeks now, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant—colors pop beautifully without looking overly saturated, and the blacks are deeper than I expected for the price. Watching movies in 4K HDR really feels immersive, and sports look smooth with very little motion blur. The built-in webOS platform is fast and easy to use. Streaming apps load quickly, and I like the customizable dashboard that lets me jump between Netflix, YouTube, and live TV without fuss. The Magic Remote takes a little getting used to, but once you do, the pointer-style navigation feels natural. Sound is solid for built-in speakers, though I’d still recommend a soundbar if you want that extra punch for movies or music. Setup was straightforward, but the stand feels a bit wide—definitely check your TV stand size if you’re not wall-mounting. Overall, this TV balances performance and value really well. It’s not OLED, but for the price, the brightness, color accuracy, and smooth smart features make it a winner.

When I initially purchased this TV, my expectations were not particularly high. However, after using it, I am truly amazed by the picture quality it delivers. Great picture quality! The web OS native menu is bad. It lags and is sometimes non responsive. I use Google chromecast 4K so it doesn’t bother me much. I love that my AirPods Max connect automatically after I’ve used them with the TV. Overall, a great purchase.
