We have been using this LG TV for over a month and are very happy with both picture and sound quality. The sales person at Best Buy was knowledgeable and professional and helped us select the TV. Overall, the TV is a good value for the price and I recommend buying from Best Buy.

Very easy to set up and excellent, crisp picture. I also got the LG sound bar which turns on at the same time as the tv. Definitely, the way to go.

Good TV for the price great picture many options however only 3 hdmi and it says everyone is ps5 when that isn’t true.

Excellent choice for my bedroom. This TV is all that it was advertised to be. I mounted it on the wall and the picture is very vivid and clear. The magic remote is user friendly as well. Great affordable purchase.

TV looks & sound good, but keeps lagging. It’s a good TV, but I wish I would’ve exchanged it for a Samsung. I love my Samsung!

This was an awesome TV for the momey, while it worked. But it stopped working after only 10 months and LG support has been a nightmare to deal with. The first problem was it would suddenly cut off and I would have to unplug it and plug it back in to turn it on (9/28). Then horizontal lines started showing in the upper 3 inches of the screen (10/1). At this point I contact LG through chat, thought I was set up, but they said 'disconnected' and never set anything up. So I called back 10/11 after not hearing anything and they set up another appt scheduled for 10/14. Between 10/11 and 10/14 the TV picture stopped working entirely and only puts out audio. So now I have a non functioning living room TV. 10/14 comes around and I never heard anything, so I called back on 10/15 and they couldnt get a hold of their tech, so they assigned another one, due out by the 18th. 18th comes around and nothing, so I call back on the 20th and a supervisor says they will call me back that day once they find a service tech or available option. But they never called back either, so I called again today the 21st, now they said its been forwarded to VOC or soemthing (I couldnt understand them) and I would hear back in 24-48 hours. Im sure I will this time.... At this point im pretty sure LG is going to ignore me until its warranty period is up despite all my attempts at getting this problem resolved.

I recently purchased this TV and I couldn't be more pleased! The picture quality is stunning with vibrant colors and deep contrast make movies and shows look incredible!

Picture is great , easy to setup. The setup steps were clear and easy to follow.

My tv went out in my bedroom two years ago, so I finally decided to replace it. Let me just say the 65 in. is absolutely amazing. It is as thin as an iPhone and produces no heat! I have a Samsung oled and this one seems to beat that one out! It has all the apps! Watching sports game is super crisp. The sound is respectable considering how thin the tv is. I don't need any additional speakers. If you don't have cable this is the tv to get because of the amount of apps you have access to. I would recommend this tv anyone looking to add a wow factor to their living room for a fair price.

Our Samsung tv died after 5 years. We decided on the LG because the price was great and the picture quality was good. The only issue is finding the right sound setting on the TV, some sound better than others and different programs require an adjustment.

Best picture and sound. Geart smart features. Slim line for mounting.

Very satisfied the picture quality is awesome and the features work well without being a rocket scientist lol.
