Outstanding picture, perfect TV for gaming in 4K. Has 2.1 HDMI and VRR + More!

Best TV I have ever owned, perfect picture and easy use, love the control

Purchased this tv on sale for our bedroom. The picture looks good in low light. Because this is not an OLED there is a little light bloom but the local dimming does a decent job of mitigating it. The only downside to this tv is that the motion smoothness filter is on by default and gives some movies and tv shows the soap opera effect.

This LG is replacing my 2year old Vizio P series tv, so far its been a pretty good upgrade. Its a fantastic Tv, yet I feel it needs to be a bit more brighter. On some occasions, HDR picture is great bright and punchy, though on others it seems a bit too dark. Picture brightness AI settings are off and i have the tv set to 100% brightness. I currently own a Hisense U8H and it is SUPER bright. I think i just got used to it. For the price of $999 id still recomend it. Handles 4k120 with eaze and its motion handling is great. Even with mini-Led, I have seen some blooming here and there though nothing too distracting. Its OS is also pretty good, though it takes some time to get used to. As well as the remote, by far the best tv remote ive used. Just wish it was back lit. Keep your ambiebt light to a minimum and youll enjoy this tv.

First big screen tv, and I'm spoiled!! When I bought this model, it was already $700 off, and the very next day it went on a 24 hr. sale for only $850 and Best Buy price matched it. The color is simply OUTSTANDING!! Also bought LG 3.1 sound bar and LOVING my new system. I'm TRULY HAPPY AND SATISFIED!!!

I am happy with the LG had a cheaper brand by a different maker so I am impressed with the quality. I wish I had the money to get there hiring theories but I’ve had this TV now over a year and a half and I would have to say no problems with the TV whatsoever great value for the money and quality.

easy set up and great picture even watching sports

TV presence is great along with its bright colors; however, I was disappointed with the limited apps that can be downloaded & my bluetooth audio had a hard time syncing with video despite using internal video/audio sync settings; this only happened when I used amazon 4K firestick.

Outstanding tv, have had it now for 5 years and still works great

if your debating on getting the 83 or 85 only difference is the chip. the 85 has gen 5 and the 83 has gen 4 but everything else is the exact same. i chose the 83 due to how much cheaper it was at the time, i got it for 899. i run a computer to it and get 4k 120fps and has amd freesync so no screen tearing its amazing. movies look great and the AI upscale is cool to see on old movies they look great. also it does have hdmi 2.1 so your ps5 or xbox series X will do the 4K 120 as well.

Beautiful TV, amazing color and the hz upgrade is very nice. One complaint is when the screen is very white the color doesn’t come through as well. Still amazing tv so 5 stars

This is an excellent screen. If you have a bright room, where are you watch TV most of the time. The contrast levels are amazing! The only thing that bothers me and keeps me from giving this a five star review, is the dirty screen effect. It’s not noticeable all the time, but there are a few video games where it really stands out.

Great looking tv and i really like the magic remote. Main con is the limited amount of apps. Im a nerd, so no anime apps like crunchyroll or other that i had on a $200 is annoying. You can kinda get around it with the webOS but still isnt as good. Otherwise, gaming wise...perfect choice.
