Delivery team was not given the necessary installation items to complete purchased on the wall install. Purchased sound bar was not in delivery bundle, no power exchanger… generally Corporate‘efficiencies cost sales and was a FIRST bad experience for a Total member. sales personnel apologetic but couldn’t overcome systemic methodology of placing third party between customer and local store BB has changed for the worse

Picture and sound quality are great and the new magic remote more intuitive and sleek than the prior version. AI interface is so useful and has really improved the viewing quality and experience.

I’m still learning and hoping to find the right set up.

This model is bright, colorful and crisp compared to my old TV. LG is a new UI for me but it's quick to figure out with lots of customization

Our sales person (Ben) explained to us the differences between the OLED, QLED, and the QNED which we decided to purchase based on all the information that Ben gave us.
