The TV itself had great potential. However, it was an open box item that the geek squad definitely did not examine. It had problems with the local dimming and also black blotchy areas all over the screen, which I did show to the Best Buy representatives at the store when I returned it. Whoever is supposed to examine these TVs is not doing a very good job of it. This is not the first one like this. Otherwise, this TV has great potential.

It has good sound, picture and size for the price. Remote for tv difficult to use. Acts like a computer mouse

The picture is great, and the vibrance of the colors makes watching TV even more fun.

Excellent TV that gives good picture quality through mini LED technology along with lot of smart controls. I added a soundbar to this and it became a beast with superb picture and added sound effects.

The LG QNED Mini LED TV is excellent, still exploring its features. Ive had good luck with LG TV's. The picture is pristine.

Great Picture Quality Easy Set Up! I own several other LG TV's and have no issues with any of them. This is the newest model I own. Will be purchasing another one when my house is done.

Picture excellent,very vibrant. Then you can tone it down to watch a movie. As with any TV sound could be better, but descent enough. Very high end tv.

I have an LG OLED TV, and this one is almost comfortable for a fraction of the price. Highly recommende
