    Never took possession, after studying reviews went back next day and bought Hisense 8 UN, cost less, higher rated, very satisfied with it.

    Arrived with severe screen damage, but from what I could see on the undamaged portion of the screen, it was very "dull" in color rendition. No bright colors, and just overall a bland picture, if you will.

      For the dull color issue, it’s possible that the picture settings may need adjustment. You can try adjusting the brightness, contrast, and color saturation settings to enhance the picture quality. Also, setting the TV to Vivid Mode can sometimes help improve color vibrancy.

    Beware of this t.v

    We purchased this t.v a few weeks ago took it out of the box set it up and it looked great a little blooming issues but that is expected with LED televisions. We watched it for a while then turned it off. Then about 4-5 hours later turned it back on to watch a movie a nothing but red vertical lines going through the hole t.v very disappointed. So returned it for a replacement. We received our replacement 3 days turned it on set it up turned it off then back on a few hours later and the same thing vertical red lines through the hole t.v. Returned it for a full refund and will not attempt another purchase of this t.v. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
