    Love our new TV, looks smaller than the older 65" Vizio previously owned, the difference is the frame and this one is thinner, but no comparation regarding all the features

    Really excited about this tv and great picture. But then the installer said these tvs last approximately 5 years and I was deflated. They don’t make things to last

    A great addition to our living room! The remote take a minute to get used to, but it quickly becomes a non-issue. Light and sleek, but feels like a reliable TV. We are very happy with this purchase

    Avoid LG OLEDs, go with SAMSUNG S90 series instead

    Purchased LG CX 65 OLED in Oct 2020, it was an amazing TV and looked great; It had all the features needed for future proofing. My panel died after four years with about 700 hours on the TV or less. Unfortunately, it went out just outside extended warranty. Had a professional evaluate the TV and it was a defective panel. I explained the situation to LG, They elevated it all the way up to Their Highest tier of customer service. Their response was the most They will do is offer me 15% off an Appliance And would not help me. I have been a LG customer for 17 years, But I will not purchase another TV from here on. I’ve owned a 60 inch plasma, 32 inch LGLED, 77 inch C2 OLED, and the 65 CX OLED . I purchased a Samsung 65 inch S 90D And it blows the rooftops off of anything LG can offer at that price range. I will not purchase another LG product from here on aisle and will advocate this to my family and friends.

    We purchased an LG TV on 8/10. We had worked with a fantastic salesman, Frank A. He was informative and updated us on all features of the brands. On 8/10 we returned to purchase and again received excellent help from another great salesman. Keep them both Best Buy! Refreshing to have such great service!

    Replaced a 10 year old LG 4k led tv with this one. OLED is nice but when you go through the settings and put it in OLED picture "protect mode" image kinda goes to heck. It's OK, a bit dark. You could go full out but burn the set out in a few years.... Apps aren't very responsive. Some just crash. Web Browser stinks, very slow to load, so not good for surfing. This specific model is only wiFi 5 so my max speed was close to 200mbps. Sound doesn't sync with LG soundbar on certain apps. Need to use 2 remotes for soundbar all around, it doesn't control both like my old LG TV...Built in sound crisp, but lacking fullness. I'm too lazy to repack and return, too big to deal with, or I would. Wouldn't recommend.

    Look great and loving it! If you know about the panels it’s a game changer. I use it with a soundbar so not sure about tv speakers.

    Very nice TV and Soundbar. We moved and the mover dropped our 65" TV. We had Best Buy Geek Squad mount the TV and sound bar. Steve is amazing. He mounted our 85" TV on the Fireplace as well. Great TV!

    I ordered my television online. I was waited on in the store quickly. I do wish people from the store answered phones and not a main hub for all stores. I went with LG as i still have an LG from 2012 that works.
