I am absolutely thrilled with my new LG B4 OLED TV, and I'm giving it a full 5-star review not only for the incredible television itself but also for the outstanding customer service I received at Best Buy.
First, let's talk about the TV. The picture quality on the LG B4 is phenomenal. The self-lit OLED pixels deliver perfect blacks and stunning contrast that make everything from movies to video games look incredibly vibrant and lifelike. The colors are so rich and accurate, and the brightness is more than enough for my living room, even during the day. It's a massive upgrade from my previous TV, and I've found myself re-watching some of my favorite scenes just to see them in a new light.
As a gamer, I also have to shout out the gaming features. The 120Hz refresh rate, combined with features like G-Sync and FreeSync, makes for a silky-smooth and tear-free gaming experience. The low input lag is also a huge plus, giving me a competitive edge.
Now, for the exceptional service that made this purchase truly special. I ran into a small issue with the setup and, needing some help, I reached out to the Best Buy store even after they had officially closed. To my surprise and immense gratitude, two employees, Kaitlin and Henrique, went above and beyond to help me. They stayed after hours, patiently walking me through the problem and making sure I was completely set up and happy with my new TV. Their dedication and willingness to help a customer in need, even on their own time, is a testament to the kind of service that sets Best Buy apart.
The LG B4 is a fantastic television, offering an elite-level picture and a great user experience. But the service I received from Kaitlin and Henrique at Best Buy was truly world-class. It's a purchase I would make again in a heartbeat, and I can't recommend the TV—or the Best Buy team—highly enough.

Upgraded to this bad boy from a six year old LG 65" 4k led tv, all I can say is wow! Wait till you play the video of the honey dripping off the honey dipper, its crazy the difference true black makes in your viewing experience. In all my research on OLED's brightness was the number one concern with many saying how washed out the tv can get in a bright room... Let me tell you this thing is brighter than my old tv to the point where I have to turn the brightness down, and it is still completely watchable even with the sun on part of the screen it barely reflects compared to my old lg. Gaming with my XBOX Series X on the B4 is AMAZING, with 120hz refresh and VRR evrytging runs smooth and looks stunning. If you are on the fence between Mini-LED or OLED, go with OLED its worth every penny.

The picture quality floored me. Black levels, color reproduction, refresh rate are all top notch. The value for the quality and screen size is also fantastic. WebOS is decent but I don’t normally use the smart tv functions as I find Apple TV way faster and feature rich. But it’s serviceable if not going that route.

As expected the B4 is not going to be the brightest or best tv on the market. I upgraded from a Sony X900H annoyed with some HDMI issues, and having a Vizio OLED in my bedroom. I assumed that even a B4 would be better than the two 2020 tvs i was using before. In some ways i was right.
The LG B4 is the best gaming tv i have ever used.
Games look and play incredible on this TV and every option on current gen Consoles is fully supported. Its awesome. Colors brightness, everything. No complaints for gaming.
Coming from either Vizio, and especially Sony (Google TV) the interface feels slower. Apps work, but i was surprised that there wasnt like a Netflix mode like on my older Sony. Most apps seem to be available on LGs WebOS, they just feel somehow, less premium. Switching to the same Apps on my PS5 look, and run better. Id suggest getting an external box for most people.
Settings are simple enough, if not slightly less intuitive than the other tvs.
Picture Quality
8/10
Brightness
Ok, with adjustments.
Color volume.
Some skin tones look completely different on this tv ( better) with the right settings. Sometimes its like a new movie.
Contrast
Its an OLED.
Be sure to turn off all power saving features. It really over darkens the image. I almost took the tv back when i first opened since my old Sony looked significantly better overall when i first opened the box.
My 2020 FALD sony and my Vizio OLED also from 2020 seem brighter on most scenes and HDR. Not scientifically but from my observations.
Audio. Its fine, i use it with my Sony sound system, and it syncs better than my old Sony X900H.
In short i kept it because it works well. Movies when configured right looks good, i feel like the Sony had better upscaling, motion, and color science. With manual adjustments, i fixed the Motion smoothing by manually adjusting the De-judder. Using the PS5 a lot of the processing is done on the console, and its actually pretty good.
The in built apps are generally good dor everyday viewing. I use the PS5 for intentional first time movie watching, and generally this syncs with my PS5, XBOX x, and Sound system better than the old TV.

I have wanted an OLED since they came out years ago and this year they finally got into my price range. The picture is phenomenal! Sound is fine. If you don't have external surround, the internal sound will be adequate.
I absolutely hate the pointer. I'm an old-school gamer & use the d-pad so I like using the button wheel. The best scenario would be to have an option to turn that stupid thing off. Over half the time I push the scroll it moves, brings up the pointer and clicks on something I did not want. If you don't click on something right away and barely move the remote, same thing. It's extremely annoying.
My other gripe is it is not pairing well with my Sony receiver. I change channels, the receiver changes input. We are working on this and hopefully will get a fix. But as of now, it too is extremely aggravating.
You can't beat the picture quality though. Absolutely beautiful.

I recently bought the LG B4 65” OLED on an open-box special at my local Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier. The picture quality is absolutely phenomenal. Deep blacks, vibrant colors, and amazing clarity make movies and streaming content feel like a theater experience. I don’t use it for gaming, but for film and TV shows, it’s hard to beat. Setup was a breeze, and my Sonos Arc and Sub connected without any issues, creating a fantastic sound and picture combo. The Best Buy staff were also incredibly helpful in retrieving the TV from the warehouse and answering all my questions. This was a great value for such a high-quality OLED, and I’m thrilled with the purchase.

I bought the 65" LG B4 OLED as an open-box deal, and honestly, it’s been one of the best tech purchases I’ve made in a while. The picture quality is incredible with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and buttery-smooth motion whether I'm gaming or streaming movies. You’d never know it wasn’t brand new. Setup was quick with webOS, and the interface is snappy and intuitive. I was a bit skeptical buying open box, but this TV completely exceeded expectations. Great value for OLED quality without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

Had been eyeing oleds for years, waiting for the right deal for my budget. I managed to snap this up on clearance and couldn’t be happier!
All four hdmi ports are enhanced, none of that “gotta use hdmi 2 and 3” or 3 and 4 nonsense.
Lovely picture. The extreme blacks make every other color pop wonderfully.
I generally use a gaming console for my streaming services so I cannot speak to the smart features of the TV.

Fantastic TV all around. It is sufficiently bright, sharp, crisp pitcures, good onboard sound, any off angle viewing. Watching at night time is a treat. I should have got a 77 inch. LG web Os has a good variety of channels. I dont like LG remote, it is bulky and heavy, you have to press buttons hard. Why couldn't they make the lighter remotes like Apple TV remotes? Or fire tv remote, or even Samsung remote?

I recently upgraded to the LG 65" OLED B4 Series TV, and I'm blown away by its performance. The OLED display delivers stunning picture quality with deep blacks and vibrant colors that truly pop. Whether I'm watching movies in 4K HDR or playing games, every detail is crystal clear and immersive.
Setting up the TV was a breeze thanks to its user-friendly interface and straightforward instructions. The design is sleek and modern, complementing my living room perfectly. The thin bezels and minimalist stand give it a premium look without being intrusive.
One of the standout features for me is the smooth motion handling. With OLED technology, fast-paced scenes are rendered flawlessly without any motion blur, making action sequences and sports games incredibly lifelike. Gaming is also a joy on this TV, with low input lag and support for variable refresh rates.
The smart features are robust, offering access to a wide range of streaming services and apps. The remote control is intuitive, and voice command functionality works seamlessly with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Connectivity options are plentiful, including multiple HDMI ports and built-in Wi-Fi for easy access to online content.
The LG 65" OLED B4 Series TV exceeds expectations with its stunning OLED display, sleek design, and impressive performance across various content types. Whether you're a movie buff, gamer, or simply looking for a TV that delivers exceptional picture quality, this model is a top contender. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking a premium viewing experience at home.

This TV is amazing. We purchased this to replace an aging Roku. Initially we purchased another one of those that got good reviews but ended up returning it because we didn’t like the quality. I’m so glad we did. The picture quality on this is absolutely amazing, and it does really well with blacks and darks. My biggest pet peeve about TVs is when they don’t show dark colors well and that is not an issue at all with this one. This was a little more money than I wanted to spend but it is WELL worth the investment to get the best quality picture.

I enjoy this tv a lot. There arent any or many concerns. The quality my PlayStation 5 games is amazing. TV and movies aren’t as good since they depend on how cameras used. We have it in our basement and its perfect brightness. I got it for sale in June 2025 for $799

Bought this as my first OLED. Absolutely floored with how good this TV looks, not only for viewing, but for gaming. Game mode allows for 120hz refresh rate, G-Sync, VRR, Low Latency mode, and a bunch of other tweaks. Genuinely am still floored every time I hook my PC up.

Great price, and an excellent screen. I wanted a good tv to display the 4k 60fps-120fps games on, and it lives up to it. Plus I got it on a 2 year deferment plan and on sale. That makes it even better.
