Turn-On Nightmare!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once you can get the TV turned on the picture is great. Unfortunately, turning it on is a nightmare since you have to watch a series of advertisements and all sorts of technical TV options .... I wish I could simply turn it on and select the channel I want to watch.

Posted .Hi, Stephen. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand how important it is to enjoy your LG TV (OLED65BPUA) model with a simple, direct startup.
To improve this, please try disabling the Home Auto Launch feature: Press the Settings button on your remote.
Navigate to All Settings → General → System → Additional Settings → Home Auto Launch.
Switch this option OFF. This adjustment prevents the TV from automatically opening the Home screen with ads or apps, allowing you to go straight to your preferred input or channel. You can find more guidance here: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-set-specific-input-startup--20153529242384. Ok Entry Level OLED
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV overall is just ok. I think going to a C5 might be better as it is more premium.

Never Buy Open Box
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV was open box, rated excellent by Geek Squad and supposed to come with everything (cord, remote, stand, setup instructions, etc.). Guess what? When we brought it home and removed the wrapping, it was something else than described. It had no stand, no remote and the top edge of the TV was bent. What a bummer! We returned it immediately and bought a brand new, in box version of the same TV. Two trips to BestBuy, 27 miles total, hours of waste of time. The lesson learned: never buy an open box item and never believe its description.

TERRIBLE OS
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely hated this TV. I was talked into by the rep inside of Best Buy. I originally wanted a Samsung. The LG was $100 cheaper. money was not a factor but he assured me it was better. After a solid day and a half of me. My wife and my son we all were unable to ever get it to connect to AirPlay and would also not screen mirror. We did everything including resetting routers verifying same network etc. we did it all. I returned it for a more expensive Samsung and I was connected and mirroring within 15 minutes. No issues with my network whatsoever. I also hated the operating system. And the Voice AI. It was all overkill and frankly annoying. Unless you are an LG loyalist. Buy something else.

Posted .Hi, James. Thanks for your insights on the LG TV (OLED65B5PUA) model. We appreciate your honesty and effort in setting it up. AirPlay and screen mirroring should be easy, and great job troubleshooting! If AirPlay isn’t connecting, check Settings > Connection > Apple AirPlay Settings, and ensure your TV has the latest firmware via Settings > Support > Software Update. They took my money but failed to deliver product.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV was purchased with delivery set up for a specific date and timeframe. It never arrived and I have not been able to get a call back from a manager to make it right. I have called multiple times and have been given no resolution. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Good oled tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this tv on sale for 896.00 They always have it up for on sale for 50% off at 999.00 year round so i did get it at a decent discount Used mainly for gaming in ps5 and watching shows on prime or netflix The colors are great, refresh rate is awesome, low to no latency issues, is very bright. Upon playing nba2k, i noticed there would be flashes or tv flickering in my career mode, but online play is ok. Only complaint here. Overall great Oled tv for starters awesome value for what it is.

Great picture.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall very pleased with the TV - we had some issues with connecting TV to WiFi and getting it to stay connected - had to add and extender even though our router was less than 75' from the TV. The picture is excellent and adding apps to the TV was intuitive. We also added JBL soundbar - which I recommend.

Very good but not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Image is very good but sound is lacking. We had tried the HiSense U-8 55" initially and it was stupendous (image and sound) Our viewing room is open to our kitchen so the sound from the LG seems to be anemic. I'm thinking we should have gone with a 65" HiSense
