I gave it 4 stars because out of the box it had vertical lines. I panicked and almost packed it up. But I did some research and discovered if you did a “pixel cleansing” that it may correct the problem. Thankfully it fixed it.

The control remote in the other hand is “loud” not sure how to explain it but it “clicks” to much. You need to work on that LG, send me a better remote. Thanks

Seen the LG A1 on sale and decided to see what the oled life was about. It looked great, however I couldn't get over what I may be missing out in the C1 for just a few hundred bucks more. I exchanged my A1 for the C1 and can't say there was any noticeable difference. Actually am concerned my C1 has a bad panel as I swear the quality isn't even as good as the A1. Don't know if I'm making this up or not. Don't really feel like exchanging this one, but for the money I paid it is slightly unsettling

I was unfortunate to receive one that has a defective panel and periodically displays a thick (ish) gray line that stretches vertically about 1/3 of the bottom left of the screen. I scheduled a repair with LG, since it was outside the exchange period with Best Buy, and they never showed. The attached photos are taken over four consecutive days, showing how the line comes and goes.
