    Total tech was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I have to single out Brandon who basically made everything go seamlessly. I would say he has been the best person I ever worked with from Bestbuy or for that matter any retail store. He was professional, knowledgeable there was no call that was not handled whenever I call. Brandon hit it out of the park.
