The guidance and service at Best Buy in Clearwater, Florida was top flight. The Salesperson helped me choose the best quality TV for my space and budget. The Geek Squad did an amazing job with installation. I couldn’t be more pleased with the picture and sound. Excellent experience from beginning to end!

Get the extended warranty

Conveniently just outside of the 1-year warranty. The TV now displays a vertical white line just to the right center of the display. LG's website hasn't been helpful as it lists no service centers in a 50-mile radius of me. I cannot submit a ticket on their website as my TV is out of warranty. I have used all of the OLED care options and have had no burn-in issues. The TV still produces crisp colors and pictures.
