Customers are impressed with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and sharp details of the LG OLED C1 TV. They also appreciate its excellent gaming performance, with smooth and immersive gameplay. The OLED display is highly praised for its deep blacks and stunning visuals. While some find the remote control a bit difficult to operate and the TV to be on the expensive side, overall, customers are very satisfied with their purchase and consider it a great value for the price.

The LG C1 is a fantastic TV that covers every use that I would want it to wonderfully. The 120hz to game is awesome, the pure blacks make TV and moving viewing spectacular, and is the only "smart" tv that I've ever enjoyed the functionality of.

Great vivid picture, much improved over my previous LED HD TV. Many, easy to use apps, don't really need separate streaming device. A little pricey, but I plan to keep it a few years, so buying latest technology is important to me. Can't comment on TV speakers, use soundbar instead.

The picture quality is sharp. Good contrast levels. Can view the scree from many angles. The “magic” remote makes navigation easy. The price is much less than the comparable Sony, which doesn’t have the 4 HDMI ports that the LG has.

Amazing television. Everything they say is true My only complain is that non-HDR content can appear quite dark: I leave the Pixel Brightness setting around 80-85 when viewing HDR content, but find myself reaching for the remote to toggle the Bright Room setting (Pixel Brightness 100) even when watching at night. Not a huge deal, only takes a few seconds, but it would be nice to see an update boost the SDR brightness baseline a bit. That and the stock speakers are really pretty bad; figure a soundbar into your purchasing cost if you don't already have one. Other than that, it's perfect. I've never even noticed image retention, not even when playing a game with a fixed HUD for a few hours.

Awesome TV. Have had the LG 65" C1 OLED 4K UHD for just over 1 month. Picture quality is fantastic. Lots of options. Lucky enough to be able to hard wire my network connection, and so far, using the TV's Hulu app and others, have not had any buffering issues like I always have on my FireTV 4K Stick. The only downside so far apparently is LG, not this TV, so I'm still giving it 5 stars. For me, there are 2 apps that I use extensively that LG does not offer, HBO Max and MLB.TV. Because of that I still have to use the FireTV Stick, which obviously means a difference in picture quality, but not significant enough, and still periodic buffering issues. Obviously for others there may be more apps not offered. And because of watching movies, the TV speakers aren't the greatest for that rich sound, so I purchased the Sonos Arc soundbar. I understand there is now the GX version with a different picture quality offering, but now that I've seen the C1, I wonder if that upgrade is able to be seen by the average human eye.

I’m impressed with this TV, so far. I havent had any of ghe issues that ive read on the other reviews. I will say that the remote is a little janky, and doesn’t have ease of access/use. LG is missing some mainstream apps/channels, like Directv Stream, to name one. I haven’t fired up my gaming system on here wuire yet, but I’m excited to see how it performs. There is literally no siding on the TV so it makes for a good picturesque frame I recommend having the tv mounted

Well the image quality is fantastic! The colors and contrast are just beautiful no matter what I'm watching. But, there is one thing that bothers me, and it's an issue that all OLEDs seem to share to one extent or another, it's that motion from TV shows, movies, etc. can look choppy in certain instances and, even with TruMotion, the issue is only reduced, it never goes away. Everything else is great so it is a shame that this issue does happen more often than I'd like

Absolutely amazing tv. I went from a 55in Samsung QLED and don’t get me wrong that was a great tv. This is my first LG TV and OLED Tv and I gotta say the picture quality for watching shows and for gaming is superb and mind blowing coming from QLED. One thing that I’ll just have to live with is that the WebOS (UI) just harasses you with Ads on the home page. And as far as I can tell you cannot turn that off. Also it runs a little laggy, and coming from Samsungs UI it’s not even close to easy of use. It’s too cluttered and changing between apps can feel sluggish and jittery. Also something as small as changing the brightness takes 4 or 5 menu clicks whereas in a Samsung tv it’s it’s about 3 clicks and its fast. Small quality of life things that I’m sure most people wouldn’t mind but something to consider if you are swapping from a Samsung TV. Other than that, it beats out my old TV by a landslide. Worth every penny.

This is our first OLED TV and I'm glad we got it. I was worried that moving from an LED to OLED I would have a TV with less brightness, but that simply is not the case. The black levels coming from an LED are fantastic. 4k HDR/Dolby Vision movies look incredible on this TV.

This was my first LG. Ive always been a samsung guy. But when comparing the OLED to the samsung QLED, there wasnt a comparison in my opinion. The colors and the blacks especially were so rich and natural. The samsung was so bright (and was almost over compensating for a poorer picture. Setup was super easy. The TV is soooo thin, i was worries i would break it while mounting, but it went OK. The stand that comes with it is very large and very heavy. We didnt use it, but wanted to leave feedback. The power cord is permanently connected to the rear of the TV. This made mounting on the wall a bit harder, but i was able to make it work. The picture quality is beyond good. Especially the 4k content. It almost looks 3D. Crazy picture on this thing.

Love this tv. The picture is amazing sound is about where it should be. Wasnt the easiest to put the stand on but I was able to do it myself. But it definitely is a two person job for the size. 3 things I dont like are the tvs platform where you use the remote as a mouse. I just added the google tv chromcast to use as my smart platform. The tv stand it sits on doesnt let you put a soundbar in front of the tv without blocking some of the screen. LG should know that if u buy their soundbar its going to block the tv. The screen is not very bright so on darker shows things in the picture go missing unless you change to th vivid setting. Other than that I would buy another one. LG was finally able to get me away from the over priced Samsung brand.

Great picture! Dark blacks, bright whites; accurate colors. Adjusting picture settings is not particularly intuitive, but probably won’t need to be changed much, once the initial picture setting is decided on. Sound from the TV itself is a little thin, so a soundbar or theatre sound system is recommended. There is currently (June, 2022) a sale on LG soundbars with LG TVs, so you can save several hundred dollars by buying both together as a bundle. I dislike LG’s registration process (murky instructions); and they don’t even provide a comprehensive printed owners manual, just a basic set-up manual to get you started. (With a bit of searching on the LG website, though, a 68-page download is available online). But, these downsides don’t have anything to do with the TV itself, which is still very, very good.

The tv is beautiful on and off. People just like looking at it in the room before they even cut it on. Then they are bedazzled by the color etc. Do it was a good buy but I still paid too much for it in these times of recession.

I loved the LG OLED TVs. This one is perfect! You cannot beat it. Colors, interface and quality. A must buy even if it is a little more expensive than other HD TVs. It is better for darker rooms. Sound is great; don't even need a sound bar.

My Son told me about the C1 tv after he purchased one in Europe. He was right, excellent picture with a very thin body. I do not play games on it but has and says they are great. I did at a LG sound bar which made the sound better.

Love my new TV. Picture is clear although I'm still not that happy with how long it takes to switch channels. Easy to use and had Geek Squad bring it and hook it up. I could have done it myself 10 years or so ago. They were awesome! It was worth every penny.
