I replaced a 50" Panasonic plasma TV with this and, wow, what a difference. I purchased it based in the many 5 star reviews that I had read, as there were so many positive comments online in the reviews and also articles. The frameless OLED picture is incredible. I don't really watch a lot of tv but the sports (i.e. college football, NFL, etc.) look great and I highly recommend this LG TV.

I've had this TV nearly one month. The picture quality is excellent. The remote is a nightmare to learn how to use since it came without any directions. Thank goodness for YouTube videos. It appears this model TV is not capable of streaming ESPN+ unless it is part of a HULU package. I have also had issues with a popup telling me the TV needs to start screen restoration. This is annoying because the popup returns every time I turn the TV on. Having said that, Customer Service has been helpful trying to help me resolve the issues.

Tv has an excellent picture and is fairly easy to setup.

Tv work’s fantastic! It has the best display and looks great watching sports or playing games. Best Buy team did a fantastic job mounting on my wall and moving it to my new house and mounting it. We really like the Best Buy total plan.

First TV was damaged out of box and BB customer service swapped unit out promptly and easily. As for the TV, the picture quality is great. I have seen OLED with better pictures and some with worse. This one is right in the middle. So good price for great picture. My only complaint is the startup of the TV. There are to many menu's to shuffle to get what you need. The start up pop-up notifications are in the way. I use streaming services, cable, and OTA. Getting around the menu's could be a little more user friendly.

Picture excellent, sound is the sound you'd expect from a TV as thick as a drink coaster. Surprisingly heavy base. The negatives are 1) you HAVE TO have help setting it up. 2) There is a bar across the front it leans on, and it can't stand without it and 3) you can't set the soundbar in front of it, it blocks the signals. Would have been good to know these things beforehand.

I've had Sony TV's for more than 25 years. Really had no plans to go with anything else. This LG is amazing. I don't feel like I have gone wrong by making the choice to switch. The OLED is just so very good at what seems to be everything.

I was hesitant about spending a lot of money on a good T.V. At first, I wasn’t going to buy this T.V. but after reading reviews and doing some research, I decided to bite the bullet and I was glad I did. The other T.V. I was looking at was a Samsung. Both have great reviews but the clarity and quality of this LG swayed me to purchase it. I highly recommend this T.V.!
