I have been enjoying the LG Television which was installed by Best Buy Geek Squad personnel on December 8, 2021. The picture is superb and I look forward to enjoying for many years to come.

We went from a 20-year-old Samsung to this magnificent entertainment device. We could not be happier. Ease-of-use is also very important to us, and this TV is very easy to use

This 65 in 4k Uhd LG OLED C1 TV is amazing , great picture and 4k, i recommend installation because has lots of features and things you have never seen, some help is great.

This tv is the best. I couldn’t decide between this tv or the Sony A80j. But so far I am very pleased. This is my first LG OLED ( I’m.A Samsung guy). But I took a chance and I’m satisfied

Best picture quality and sound. I like the remote interface and its very handy. Value for money, Easy to Screen cast and lot of apps supported. Easy to connect with wireless sound device.

Probably the best TV of the year. Tons of features. Definitely the TV for gamers and movie enthusiasts. From g-sync and freesync to OLED, 4 HDMI 2.1 ports, just awesome all well rounded tv.

Tv exceeded expectations so thin which madr putting it up intimidating. The picture quality is exceptional we just absolutely love this TV for our regular movie watching as well as gaming.

Theatre experience, easy viewing from any angle in the room. Don’t need blackout drapes on the windows now. Great picture even in a bright room.

amazing picture. Be sure to do your research as the A1 is much different than this model. I cannot confirm the gaming side of this tv as I am still trying to get a playstation 5 and a RTX 3080 for my pc.

My older LG was struck by lightning and I needed to replace it. This is the newer model which replaced mine and just wow. The picture is much better. Although the sound was better on my previous tv.

This tv is amazing! Got it to go with my ps5. I would recommend you go to YouTube and watch videos on calibrating this tv so that it fits your needs. Definitely worth the set up time at launch.

Purchased this TV to use with an Xbox series x and Ps5. Hands down the best experience with a TV. The picture is unreal. And with HDMI 2.1 the next Gen consoles put out an amazing picture.

Best picture on market and very friendly controls. Was able to unbox, attach stand and set on cabinet with help of wife. Sound is surprisingly good but I stayed with my theater system.

I like the tv the way it looks so vibrant and beautiful the only problem I had was that I had to purchase a universal control because the tv never came with a control

What can I say except how great these LG oleds are. This is my third one and will buy another when I need one. Thanks Kyle for your help. He really knows about tvs.

Got brand new LG C1 OLED 65 '' installed by a professional Geek squad team on 11/06/21. Contrary to all the 4-5 stars review I read, the 2 most used apt. YouTube TV and Netflix stopped working the first 24 hours. Either it does not work completely or it works for some time before stopped automatically. After 2 online chats, 1 on the phone and 1 face to face with Geek squad team at a local Best buy store I'm still stuck with the defective TV on the wall. Eventually I was given the phone # to call Best buy Corp., where Ray, the representative was able to take care of the issue and arranged the replacement the next day. The new one is working fine the last 3 days but how long it stays that way it's anyone guess ! Maybe I was unfortunate to have got a bad TV but considering the top of the line LG TV it's unacceptable. One bright spot is the excellent installing service from Geek squad, My compliment to them. In opposite how to get to the Geek squad service when something goes wrong is another story. It seems everyone I interacted with just passed the ball or told you something to please you at the moment but nothing got done as promised. Even I wanted the chat sessions to be sent to my email, it never arrived.
