    Great TV. The true black really makes the picture pop. Make sure you shut off the eco mode though to get a good color.

    Vertical Lines Within 2 Months

    I bought this OLED TV in June and within 2 months time it developed a single, vertical line down the display. The line persisted longer than a week, at which time I did a pixel refresh to see if that was the issue, but the line remained. Now, there are two lines. The lines appeared past my return date for Best Buy, and I have contacted LG Customer Service four times to date to see about a repair or replacement, and am continually told someone will call me each time. I still have not had someone come to look at the issue. The TV itself is heads-and-shoulders better than my previous LCD TV. The remote assists in app functionality quite easily and with little hiccups. The quality of the picture is amazing when playing 4K movies or shows. I use a soundbar for audio so the TV's sound isn't used at all while we watch. I don't know if I received a defective unit or this is well known issue, but the vertical lines have soured my purchase of the TV. I am attaching photos of the issue in case others have the same problem.
