We thought it was WiFi. But we got a new box and all our other devices work fine now.. so yeah not sure what’s up it’s pretty annoying.. we mainly only noticed it with YouTube since that’s the one that we generally only use..

Disappointed Customer

Starting after 1 year I started getting black lines and started getting burn in. Both LG and extended warranty WILL NOT cover picture related problems. The so called “screen saver” function does not turn off the picture, only the backlight so burn-in is inevitable. I will never buy an LG again.
