Damaged 65” LG C2 “Excellent” open box

I recently purchased an open box 65” LG C2 that was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. I drove an hour to pick it up because it was about 25% off and was supposed to be “like new”. Upon arrival it was wrapped in bubble wrap without any packaging. Not a major concern as long as the TV was going to be in “new” condition. After driving an hour home and taking off the bubble wrap, I noticed scratches on the back panel. After looking further there was also almost an inch crack on the bottom of the screen! The TV also did not come with a TV stand! The plan was to mount the TV on the wall but if it was supposed to be in excellent, like new condition, the TV stand should be included. I’m not sure if this was a fluke occurrence, as this was my first time purchasing an open box item, but I will not be taking my chances on open box items any more. I did plug in the TV and the picture quality of this TV is phenomenal. If buying new I would recommend, but I will be returning this TV before the return period is over.
