Bought in November, died in June (no power) with no symptoms leading up to it. LG's phone support is like a never ending Merry Go Round. Opened support ticket online, and supposedly they'll call within 2 business days. My other major Korean brand TV lasted 17 years!

Great tv but tv is dead and broken

However this TV is dead after 6 weeks of owning it. Im very upset. Cant believe such an expensive tv could just die so early into owning it.

I previously owned a c1 that had image quality issues after 3 months. Lg bought the tv after declining my claim repair 2 times and lots of run around. Good product but poor customer service… quality control needs to be better.
