    Had it for two months September 6 and now october 17 seeing lines on tv wow going back not getting lg oled.

    The television is great but it will not work with the Denon AVR that I bought from you to complete the surround sound that is installed in the ceiling. Your Geek squad could not get it to work nor did LG after they replaced the main board.

    Remote control error jumps all over the TV . It's difficult to choose the channel. Remote control absolutely uncomfortable To use and choose the channels.

    Looks great. Is my 1st OLED 65” TV. But i don’t know is the black when you see “light-dark” areas is all black is not gray like it should look. I don’t know how to explain but is is really light or is all dark is not something in between.

    Takeaway. Constant buffering on all streaming platforms. Software is garbage. Like 1998 style pixels. Picture is fine but it should just be a TV it's not a smart TV. Every other device works fine xbox series x and msi laptop. Couldn't handle 120hz either from pc even though it's shopped as a 120. I hate this tv. I had a samsung before this and I broke it. I listened to the sales rep for some reason and switched. I regret it.

    Poor Compatibility with non-LG Soundbars

    The TV looks fantastic, but getting it to work correctly across an Xbox Series X (flawless), Vizio M516a-H6, PS5 (spotty audio channels), and Nintendo Switch (spotty audio channels) has me really regretting the soundbar purchase since it’s clear that there is some level of incompatibility that you’d only know after playing games that attempt to utilize all audio channels. It’s too late to take this thing or the soundbar back, so I’m stuck with this setup until I breakdown and buy into the LG ecosystem and get one of their soundbars which will no doubt work flawlessly.

    The built in app UI really sucks. It's not intuitive, it's buggy and clunky to get around. Searching for streaming channels is pretty garbage. I'm going to have to buy a Roku or Apple TV.

    The picture is great. The problem I’m having is the tv can’t hold internet connection. This is a common problem with this tv.

    Was looking for a frame TV so that I could have artwork up when not watching. Although this TV has artwork you cannot leave it up there nor can you add your own photos. A little disappointing

    Poor quality exposed after 14 months of use

    Not a good long term investment. I bought this TV May of 2022. It's now July 2023. It's out of LG manufacturer warrenty. The tv just out of no where has multicolored horizontal lines appearing across the screen and what looks like horizontal lines dancing to music like an equalizer at the edge of picture. Spent all that money you would think it would last longer. No idea what it will cost to fix or if my BestBuy warrenty will cover the cost of repair.

    After two weeks of use I noticed problems in audio and video, I requested technical support, they took a month and a half to send someone, when the technician checked the TV he said that the main board need to be replaced, I spoke to LG to request an exchange, since is a factory defect and it was a brand new Tv, they said that the policy only covers repair, they made me wait an hour on the phone to talk to escalation, they said the same thing, I think it's unfair, if something goes wrong from the beginning they should change it not make you through for all this, I'm still waiting

    Been less than 4 months since I bought this TV. Already having issues, two huge lines showed up on the screen and the panel has to be replaced! BestBuy won’t do anything since it’s been over 15 days. Had to contact LG since it’s been less than a year. They’re going to replace the panel but now I have to wait a month before it comes in. The tv prior to this I had for 6 years and never had any issues like this. (Sharp Roku tv) And this LG tv cost me 6 times as much.

    Bought this as an upgrade to my older 55 inch OLED, big mistake. Upon hooking up what I thought to be an major upgrade of a TV I soon found out it was not. I use my Xbox Series X for most everything gaming, watching shows, etc., and noticed when I put my TV to 4KUHD at 120hz the tv would flicker and then black out with an invalid format message. Long story short I tried everything and spoke with LG to find out the TV will NOT do 4kUHD at 120hz with an XBOX Series X....in other words this tv is useless as a paperweight to me now. THANKS LG 2022 and yall didn't think thay would be an issue with next gen gaming.....

    I have tried two of them and both won't turn on. I dont know if I am just having bad luck or if something else is going on. my other 2 LG TVs work fine and have for years. I was just trying to upgrade to OLED and 4K. I think I will switch to another brand. very disappointed.
