Many appreciate the ease of use and lightweight design, although some users find the remote control challenging and have expressed concerns about the operating system. Best TV I have ever owned
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best TV I have ever purchased and has been a huge upgrade from the 4k LG TV I used to own. As a person that plays a lot of console games features such as 120htz refresh, OLED, black frame insertion, and ease of use have drastically increased my enjoyment of video games.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been really enjoying this tv since day one. It has an attractive design with its thin bezels and an elegant base. it is light enough for one person to carry, though I wouldn’t advise it. The OLED quality is fantastic and the display settings are fully customizable. Therefore, you can adjust the image to your preference. The sound quality works for me in my apartment. It is clear and loud enough, but in a bigger space or perhaps for an audiophile it may be necessary to get a sound bar. The WebOS interface may not be the prettiest, but it’s very straightforward. It had a large selection of apps to choose from. Sometimes at start up you will get some ads through a notification pop up, which I find annoying but not unbearable. However, I have yet to figure out how to fully disable them.

The Best got Better!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my first LG OLED TV 5 years ago and have loved the performance and life like picture and performance. I have been reading the reviews of the new “evo” technology and I was skeptical that LG could really improve the picture quality that much over what has been the best tv I have ever owned. Well I was wrong. The new C series is outstanding. The clarity and range of color jump off the screen. The new brightness is amazing. The picture looks like you are in the frame and the new depth of black is a big improvement. The sound also seems richer. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Outstanding OLED TV.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG C2 65 inch OLED TV is great. Outstanding picture. Lighter weight compared to older models. Works nicely with Alexa voice commands. Best TV on the market for the money. I bought my first OLED TV in 2016 for almost $5000. This TV, at about $1700, is a superior TV. It's much brighter. You won't be disappointed.

LG C2
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture and sound quality on this is excellent. It’s awesome to watch in dark spaces due to the contrast and deep blacks. Atmos Dolby supported content is movie theatre like. It’s also brighter than previous models and is great in bright spaces

Best TV ever?
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been viewing a 2017 LG 65SJ8000 nano cell LED TV since early 2018. I really enjoyed the TV, but the black resolution tended to lose a lot of shadow detail. It was especially hard to make out shadow detail during the day, because the TV is located in a very bright room. After reading numerous reviews that indicated the best TV for 2022 might be the LG Class C2 Series OLED, I decided to upgrade by purchasing the LG OLED65C2PUA. What a difference! The black resolution is truly amazing. I am a fan of plasma TV's, but those TV's lacked sufficient brightness, especially for well-lit rooms. This OLED TV has brightness AND black resolution to outdo any plasma TV that I've ever owned. Setup was easy. I've only had the TV for a couple of days, but this TV's picture is truly incredible. Plus, the LG brand has been extremely reliable for me. Highly recommend.

Perfect OLED TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV. Already owned the C1 for living room and needed one for the bedroom. Picture looks amazing, no issues with brightness. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an OLED. Additionally, if you play video games, this TV is unmatched.

Fantastic Gaming TV, Great Movie Screen!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantasic TV. Easy to use. Remote is solid. Lots of ports. Games etremly well. Love the customization available for gaming. Elden Ring looks great but even the older games look great like Dark Souls Remastered looks solid. Then kids games like Castle Crashers looked wonderful as well. Does movies extremely well. I especially found Mad Max Fury Road: Black and Chrome edition to be stunning in a pure black room during the scene where they drive through the dust storm. I literally felt like i was in the middle of a storm. Team that up with the LG sound bar and subwoofer I picked up at the same time and just jaw dropping. Amazed. It actually made me smile with fascination at how cool that scene truly was. Mind you I've seen this movie in both theatric release and Black and Chrome at least five times each and I felt like I was watching it for the first time on this TV.

Best for gaming
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best for gaming regardless if it’s an PS5/Xbox. TV is very light for its size, making it easy to mount. Gets nice and bright, and 4K HDR movies on it are amazing to look at. Definitely a huge recommendation, no way you won’t be happy with this TV.

Wow…what a picture!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup, brilliant color, and crystal clear image. The pointer feature of the remote is a little annoying…but the picture quality more than makes up for it. Highly recommend.

Stunning Picture for Moderate Price
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG OLED certainly delivered superior picture. Black is pure and well balanced. Out of the box with minimal adjustment, this set displays an amazing picture at the right price point for a 65" TV. LG OS takes a minute to get adjusted to coming from Android TV, but not so much of a learning curve that it warranted a lower rating. Onboard sound is what you would expect from a flat panel TV, so don't let the "average" rating below dissuade you from this TV. No flat panel TV is going to deliver the richness of one hooked up to a premium sound bar or other system. If you were using this as a secondary set in an office, bedroom or other setting where having great sound was not a requirement, you will be OK with the sound from the onboard equipment.

Great big screen TV with OLED, 4K, and HDR
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This 65" LG OLED TV model (OLED65C2PUA) is "smart" 4K HDR and is directly compatible with ROKU and Spectrum cable boxes via HDMI. This TV replaced the 55" version of the same LG OLED model (OLED55CXPUA) to fill the available wall space over a fireplace (ventless). It was easy to hang from the "MantleMount MM540" wall mount and was actually about 5lb lighter than the 55" LG (purchased in 2018). Setup was a breeze and almost the same as the 55" version which saved me time. Picture is excellent and both LG TVs came with a Video/Photo app for displaying same from a USB 2 memory stick (recommends max of 32 Gb but I have successfully used 128 Gb and 264 Gb sticks). Note that I have the TV hooked up to a Yamaha Receiver-based sound system and do not use the built-in speakers.

Better Than The SONY A80K! Which Really Surprises!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I also have a SONY A80K Bravia OLED that I absolutely love and for the some money I didnt think it was possible to get a better picture than the SONY. I found out I was wrong. The LG not only have a better picture, but far more picture settings to adjust to the light in your room, along with mych better sound from the TV without a sound bar. The overall picture is marginally different, but for the same cost its is better. The aspects of this TV that I personally dont like is the home hub for the apps, the remote, which is just shaped really weird and that there is no input button on the remote, you have to go back to the hub to change through the inputs. I will admit these are just nit-picking compmaints. The overall performance of this TV is fantastic.

I can see why it won so many "Best Of" awards
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can clearly see why this TV has won so many "Best Of 2022" awards. That is what drew me to this TV when I was researching what to replace my 12-year old Panasonic 65" Plasma TV (Yes, a Plasma TV has lasted 12 years and still going!!). When I first powered it on and saw the picture, I was kind of stunned. I had actually been complaining to my eye doctor recently about having to squint and blink my eyes a lot to clear up while watching TV. I thought my vision was getting worse, but my test results never showed that. I can now say those issues are resolved with this TV! Sometimes, depending on the lighting of a scene, etc., you could almost swear that the people on screen were right in the room with you. The depth of color and contrast makes scenes look ultra realistic. There is no perceivable jitter, pixelating or blurring when watching sports or action scenes. It also outputs and handles sound to my stereo equipment much better, even sound is much better and clearer and sharper. It is kind of a splurge, but the picture and sound will surely delight you. I am only about a month in so far and still finding all kinds of functionality. Side note - you can only get descriptions of ALL the functionality by pulling up the Online user guide from the LG site, the documents you get with the TV are very rudimentary. The "Magic Remote" works perfectly as a streaming remote and feels very natural to the hand and button placement. I'm not totally sold on the "Wii-like" floating pointer/cursor functionality, I use it sometimes, but most of the time I disable it, which you can do with a simple click. It is a lot more useful when choosing characters to input in search or sign-in. There are only two downside I've noticed so far. One is, about every week or 10 days, when powering up the TV first thing in the day, it will complain that "Wireless signal is unstable" and insist you need to connect again, but streaming services work perfectly fine, and when you go to Settings and look, it is clearly connected to a network name on the router. My suspicion is that, apparently, for some reason sometimes the wireless connection upon start up gets delayed or is slow to report its status back to the TV, and you are getting a false error message. I've never experienced similar connection confusion on start up using a Google or Amazon streaming dongle on other TVs, it just seems to be kind of a quirk, but not really a big deal. The other thing is that, if you get hooked on the "LG Channels" the TV offers, I have also noticed that, a couple of times, that service has just shown as "Unavailable" for hours at a time, but again, the wireless connection is good and streaming and everything else works. The "LG Channels" are a subset of Pluto TV that I guess LG licenses and bundles on its sets. It is good as a "time passer" or "background noise". The only thing I can surmise is that, a couple of times, LG has had server or network issues or something that has caused the problem, it has always come back after a while. Again, not really a big deal.

LG C2 awesome picture
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This replaces my LG 65" I purchased in 2015. The C2 has a far better picture than what I recall of the old model out of the box. I still don't like the wand-type remote. The weight of the set is half my old set and the stand is far better.

Last years lg c2 is still stunning.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This may be last years g series Oled. But you will immediately forget that when you set it up and watch its dazzling picture. And admire its sleek super modern design. Buy with confidence. This is a fantastic tv and will exceed your viewing needs. Who needs the microlens screen technology in the g3 when last years g2 evo display is still pretty stunning? We have the g3. This g2 can hold its own with the g3. Sort of like buying last years Ferrari and this years model. Both are super cars, or on this case, super tvs. Save your hard earned money and buy the g2. You won’t regret it. Invest the savings and in a good sounbar setup. LG has some nice ones that match this tv. We have Sonos beam and mini sub which is also quite excellent.

Very nice tv
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is just an outstanding tv. This is lg’s ‘C’ series 2022 model that I bought at considerable discount in August of 2023. This represents Lg’s mid-price Oled unit. Crystal clear 4k and Dolbyvision support. The Oled technology allows extreme viewing angles without any loss of clarity. I wouldn’t get anything but an Oled. After owning one you would never go back. My one ding may be the WebOS operating system, which doesn’t support the widest range of apps. Sony’s google tv or Samsung tizen has a richer selection. That said it supports all the streaming apps I’ve needed EXCEPT the PBS tv app.

A Satisfied Customer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I debated whether to spend the extra and get an OLED television. I wasn’t sure I would notice a substantial upgrade in picture quality from an LED set. Boy was I wrong. The picture quality is stunning. Colors are vibrant and dimly lit scenes in movies have much greater detail. The sharpness of detail on sporting events is a major step up from my last set. The salesman did not try to get me to buy the current year C3 but instead told me last year’s C2 was very similar in performance and a relative bargain. That coincided with customer reviews on the Best Buy website. All in all, I am extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend an LG OLED to anyone.
