Customers are saying

Customers recognize the 65" Class C2 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2022) for its exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and excellent performance in gaming. Many appreciate the ease of use and lightweight design, although some users find the remote control challenging and have expressed concerns about the operating system. The high price point is also a factor for some potential buyers. While OLED technology is praised, potential burn-in remains a concern for a few customers.

The picture on this set in HDR is simply breathtaking! It was surprisingly very lightweight and the screen is thinner than my current iPhone. This was an expensive set but it has been worth every penny so far. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only thing I don’t care for is the remote and the strange motion control like a Nintendo Wii. The cursor pops on the screen every time the remote moves. Also my set would not work with my Vizio all in one soundbar, so now I have buy a compatible LG soundbar in the future. But the TV sound is sufficient for now.

This TV is great! The picture quality is super crisp and the blacks are REALY black. I have it mounted in a room with rear windows and the glare is very minimal. My only complaint about the TV is the operating system. It is a little clunky and doesn't have as many options as the Android TV I came from.

Super crisp and clear picture. The sound is really great, I barely have the volume turned up. Colors are gorgeous and vibrant. Very thin and sleek design.

I’ve had the LG C2 65” for about 9 months now. For an OLED it is bright enough in the day time but it really shows off during movie time at night! The colors are beautiful but not overwhelming. It’s as you can almost reach in and touch the actors. I am still really impressed with this TV. The PS5 looks amazing on it as well. A very good purchase and I would buy it again! I paired it with a Polk audio sound bar and sub for a fantastic viewing experience!

Picture and sound are fantastic. Those alone get 5 stars. Set-up and configuration was not so easy hence the 4 star rating. Activated the "Alexa" app and any time there was any announcement the audio turned off in the TV after the announcement was done and we could only turn the TV off and on again to get any audio restored. We disabled the Alexa app. Now we keep getting the banner saying "No Network" even though we would be watching a streaming movie. The only way to get the banner to go away is to again select the network you want the TV to connect to. The remote is useless if you have a Xfinity/Comcast box. The remote will not change channels, voice control is non existent. Pause/Continue does not work. I cannot say if this is an issue with the TV or Xfinity cable box. I have reset the box with no different results. LG saved money by not printing a comprehensive manual. They do have a lot of videos on YouTube so be prepared to watch almost all of them just so you can enjoy your new TV. As I said in the beginning, the picture and sound are fantastic.

I am very impressed with the simplicity and quality on display with the C2. A thin bezel, super high contrast, and deep blacks afforded by OLED provide a clear picture from any angle and distance. Gaming mode has low latency built in. Smart features allow streaming without additional hardware. I think it is definitely worth a little extra money for quality, especially if using every day for the next decade.

Easily the best television I have ever purchased. Beautiful HDR and impressively inky blacks (with 0 dimming zones). Runs great with my PS5, PC, streaming, an hard copy 4k Blu-rays. The wand component of the remote control works very smoothly and the stock speakers are even pretty decent considering that I live in an apartment. Could not be happier with this purchase and couldn’t recommend this TV enough to anyone in the market for a new OLED.

    Coming from an LG C9

In all honesty this almost feels like a downgrade coming from the 2019 C9 from LG. Just about everything seems more premium on my C9, the panel, bezel thinner than my iPhone, the controller has a brushed look with a couple of useful buttons (play, pause etc.) The interface is nicer on the C9 as the icons only take up the very bottom of the screen instead of forcing an entire “home” screen on you. I flip between optical and hdmi eARC for my headphones/ atmos setup with a receiver; much easier to do with the C9. More granular control of picture settings on the C9. This tv, 3 generations newer made me realize what a beast the C9 still is. All that being said, the C2 DOES have a slightly better image. The extra brightness of the C2 really makes HDR, POP. The game dashboard is nice but I wish there was a dedicated button for it instead of the default option when gaming. Makes it tedious to get into picture/ audio settings. I went from a 55” C9 to a 65” C2 and the pixel density on the 55” is ridiculous, almost makes the 65” seem “soft”. Still, it fills the space better in the man cave and movies in particular are more impressive. Great TV especially for the $1350 I got it for on sale new, my 55” C9 was $1499 on sale with a $100 gift card. Lg had to make these more affordable to compete with others so I can forgive them for the differences in “premium feel”. Picture quality and size was a definite upgrade so win, win. Absolutely recommend. I don’t see myself buying anything other than OLED as the picture quality is the best. LG supports Dolby vision, another reason to get this over a Samsung as DV is practically industry standard. Comparing DV to HDR10, DV is the superior format. Just a couple days ago I got an update on my C9 a TV that came out 4 years ago, you don’t see that support from other manufacturers. One last note, the sound quality is actually pretty decent. The stand directs the sound forward, I recommend using the AI tune option as it does make a difference, in a good way. I use a receiver and speakers so the TV is only used for picture.

I use this TV for movies/shows, gaming, and photo editing. There is nothing like OLED regarding contrast and overall color quality. Coming from a dying standard Samsung LED TV, this absolutely blew it out of the water. As for gaming, LG is one of the few manufacturers that takes gamers into consideration and built a "gaming" mode into the TV. This mode has color options for different games and for different room brightnesses. It also has support for NVIDIA G-Sync, which is useful for PC gamers. Audio-wise, it's got your standard TV speakers, and you'll want to pair this TV with a stand-alone setup to get the most out of it. If you don't care about having high-end audio, then the speakers are just fine for a smaller room/apartment. Overall, If you're a gamer who also cares about a great viewing experience in movies or TV shows, then this display is a great option.

Excellent television. OLED has terrific contrast and black levels, great colors, and great viewing angles. Brightness has improved on these more recent models and has been plenty for my viewing situation (no bright window light shining on the screen). I do need to figure out how to turn off the LG pop-up "feature notices" when the TV turns on that are enabled by default. A couple more HDMI ports would be great, but most TVs now seem to have the same (4 HDMI in).

This is the first OLED TV I purchased after doing a ton of research and I am absolutely in love! The colors are bright and it feels you can really tweak everything to what looks best for your eyesight. The glare can be a little rough if you have a lamp on and whatever on screen is dark, but that’s to be expected if you are trying to get the deepest blacks for the cleanest picture.

The TV is fantastic, the colors are amazing and the refresh rate is top notch. I will warn however, if you're not willing to fight through the menus, it can be a bit of a pain in the backside getting the system set up. Once you do, however, it makes things work fantastically with everything else, I have been able to use the TV's remote to control everything including the connected Onkyo home theater receiver, the external Chromecast and more.

This is my first OLED.. My last tv which I still have is the Sony x900h and still a real good TV but this c2 had much better colors better black levels and details. I'm still trying to get used to the UI but it's good.. The c2's remote is good but I prefer Sony's remote and its Google TV or android.. Either way, the c2 is still new and lots of updates to come.the only thing I really want them to update is more brightness for HDR game mode. It's ok but it would be great is they update the c2 hrd game mode with more brightness. Other then that, the tv is super lite, so be careful the way u handle the tv...
