Upgraded from my 5 year old lgb7 and i love it!amazing picture quality as ive come to expect from lg oled pannels... only negative to oled is the possibility of screen image retention or burn in... i did have this happen with my b7 after about 4 years, not noticable unless looking for it but that being said if you are considering any oled t.v. you would be wise to buy from only best buy! Their geek squad protection covers burn in while manufactures only cover it for like 1 year

Great television. Easy to set up, picture is sharp with vibrant colors and black blacks. Also love that it is a smart TV!

I replaced my 55" B9 (4 generations ago AND a model below) and this TV is absolutely breathtaking. It was a plug and play situation with it looking smoother, more vibrant and the upscaling tech with the upgraded processor is very noticable. Older shows and movies look crisp and brand new while all the new media is out of this world.

Better Than Sony!! Hands down the best TV I’ve ever owned. The remote sucks. Had a Samsung for many years. Excellent TV as well. Bought a Sony Bravia. Paid a lot for it. Broke after 30 days. Had to be without the television for 6 weeks waiting for a repair response and refund. Gross experience. Wouldn’t do anything for me.

Excellent product sound quality image user friendly and warranty

This was an upgrade from and older LG B6 which was suffering from burn-in. Time will tell if this generation has the same issue, but so far its been well worth the upgrade. The features are better, the display is brighter, and somehow it weighs about half as much. Great TV. I havent yet encountered any cons to this unit.

Clear crisp images with vibrant colors. Got 65in going to get another smaller for my bedroom. Audio is surprisingly loud most of the time I keep it set at volume 13-30.

We love the sharpness of color and overall performance of the TV. It is easy to navigate from channels to other features.

This Tv is greats the picture is clear and the sounds is pretty good. We do have a soundbar which definitely makes the sound better.

Got this to accommodate my next gen consoles and see if it was worth the upgrade and hype. I mean how much better can things look to the human eye. I was very impressed with the outcome, the color and detail on my games is insane. 2.1 HDMI really makes a huge difference with sound and video quality. Make the leap!
