I wouldn't buy this again. Since we bought it the tv has had an error message that its the wrong hdmi cable. We bought the upgraded hdmi from BB, so everytime I have to unplug each end of the hdmi to correct it, which is hard bc its wall mounted. Second, the picture started to distort after 14 months, it looks like person freezes and then looks like liquid but comes back to normal, then does it again. Now I have to pay to have them troubleshoot a tv that's under warrantee.

I paid over $2,000 for this LG OLED65C3PUA thinking I was getting one of the best TVs on the market. Less than 2 years later, it suddenly turned off and won’t power back on. Just a blinking red light and nothing else. I called LG support and was told it’s likely a power board or main board failure, and repairs will cost $300–$500+ out of pocket because I’m outside the 1-year warranty. Unbelievable. This is the most expensive TV I have in my house and the first one to fail… Do not buy anything from LG.

Due to there being a small crack in the frame of the television, we honestly never noticed it due to how small the frame is (the silver border on the television.) and only noticed this now while troubleshooting with LG. LG said that due to that crack our warranty is now voided. I've had conflicting reports with best buy with the store itself saying it will be covered but now while trying to set up the appointment for them to come out and check the television they are saying it's not covered. This television is only 2 months old and apart from it being put up on the TV stand it hasn't been moved or handled (except for dusting.) It's barely even been used in general, I'm not sure how to check the hours on it but even for 2 months I'm pretty sure it's under normal use. I'm not sure if the crack was there from the beginning, we didn't really inspect every inch of the television and due to how small the frame is it wasn't even noticable until I got up close to it. What imo is most likely a televisión that came with this issue (our fault for not fully inspecting every little inch) or somehow broke under normal usage (it standing on a tv stand) we are now out $2,100 on a 2 month old television.

Within three months of purchasing this TV, white dots started appearing on the left side of the screen. They were shortly joined by several colored dots on the other side of the screen. Because we missed Best Buy's ridiculously short 15-day return window, we've had to deal with LG directly to repair. I have attempted this twice. Each time it took me about 45 minutes to connect with a human being to process my repair request. Once processed, someone is supposed to contact you within 7-10 business days to actually schedule the repair. Nobody contacted me either time, and we have given up. We spent $1,700 for a defective TV that neither Best Buy nor LG is willing to fix. Please think twice before you purchase an LG product. Also, please note that Best Buy only stands behind their products for 15 days. After that, your only recourse is dealing directly with the manufacturer.
