Approximately 2 months into ownership I've never been more disappointed in the hype of a television. Almost every interaction we have the TV leaves us disappointed in some way related to how we are forced to interact unlimited ways. Infrequently able to find what you're looking for I don't know what kind of weird feedback loop created this monstrosity of a interface. Too big to pack up. Too late to trade it in for something that would be fun to use.

I am writing this review after 1-year usage. This TV was good at the beginning. However, after one year, the display is showing permanent shadows as you can see in the attached image. And after 1-year, when you do not have any warranty to support it, it becomes more annoying and too expensive for the customer like me to fix it. Not worth to buy this expensive TV when it becomes useless after only 1-year.

Have had this tv for 1 year and 1 month and it the tv gave out. The tv gave me blue and white line upon turning the power button and then tv turned off. For a tv that’s 1500+ I expect more. Ridiculous how the manufacturer warranty is only for a year and conveniently stopped working a month after the warranty. Stay away from oled tvs unless you’re buying a 5 year warranty of the thing.

LG makes a great TV but the 65" OLED C has a very thin frame that should not be used with a wall mount that can be angled or tilted. Our TV was only two (2) months old and got a small hairline crack(s) in the lower left corner. The TV would not turn on and since it was a cracked screen was not covered by LG or Best Buy. Since Best Buy paired these item for me, I'm very disappointed in how they handled this. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TV if you're mounting it to wall with a full motion mount.

Hi, John. Thank you for taking the time to review the LG TV (OLED65C3PUA) model. We understand that you encountered a small hairline crack in the lower left corner of your TV, which resulted in the TV not turning on. We want to provide great products and services that meet our customers' needs. When using a wall mount, ensure it fits the TV's slim design. Using a full-motion mount with an angled feature might have caused the crack. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team for improvement. Your men were sent out with the wrong equipment. they did what they could, and then left politely. As of right now, all of my wires are showing and my subwoofer is not connected. my CD/DVD player is not connected nor does my turntable seem to work. Not sure what to do at this moment. Major let down. After spending nearly $8000 in your store last month and waiting for my appointment for installation this is a disappointment. Whoever is reading this please send help.

can say with absolute certainty that it's one of the better TV's I've ever owned in terms or feature. picture, and price. I highly recommend you go to a store/location that has this on display along with other models of the same type. Look at it , play around with the remote and features. Only you can really tell whether or not it'll look good and you will like it in whatever room . Mine looks great setup in the living room and accessible to every viewing angle. Nt only does it picture look great , the options for display and menus itself are many. Some of the things I like for this C3 . More features/options to help prevent OLED burn-in . More options for setup and apperance or menus. Ease of installation in relation to connecting all cables and mounting the TV itself (I bought a seperate Table Top Mount and it works great). And I really like the fact it has 4 HDMI connections/inputs (one of them being ARC) ; making soundbar connection plug and play. Ifyou are like me , then you'll have more than a couple devices that need HDMI. I'm very satisfied I could do away with the clunky HDMI port switch box I needed for my last TV because it did not have enough HDMI. Playstation 5/ 4k DVD Movie player /Soundbar /Roku.

I bought this LG C3 TV to replace our 20 year old projection TV. Not surprisingly, the improvement in picture quality is fantastic. My wife and I are noticing many new details in movies we watched before on our old TV. As expected, colors are vivid, blacks are very black, and lots of details are revealed in shadows that we never saw with our old TV. This TV is easy to unbox and set up. After connecting it to our home audio system, the experience is every bit as good as being in a movie theater. The built in speakers provide plenty of volume, but bass tones are nonexistent unless you use a sound bar or AV audio system for sound. Not everything is great about this TV. The owners manual, which you can online obtain online is the worst I have ever seen. Not only does it not show you the way to connect peripherals like a sound system, cable box, or sound bar to this set but you largely have to figure out on your own how to adjust the many features on this TV. I’m still unable to figure out how to use Bluetooth to show photos from my iPad on the TVscreen. The remote control is not a universal remote and controls only the TV. At this price point LG should have provided a learning, universal remote. The “magic” pointer is incredibly annoying and offers no real advantage to using the wheel on the remote for navigation. Another annoyance is the TV will not remember its last configuration. So, for example, if you watch cable TV and turn the set off, when you turn the set back on, it takes you back to the Home Screen where you have to make multiple clicks to get back to cable TV. The TV has an OLED panel care option to do pixel cleaning to prevent burn in. You can configure it to do pixel cleaning when the set gets turned off, but you have to reselect it in the general settings menu every single time. There is no way to configure the TV to routinely do pixel cleaning. Overall, this is a very nice TV with beautiful picture quality. It falls very short of being a great TV, though, due to its many shortcomings, some of which are mentioned above. Many of these, I would think, could be fixed with a software update and a much more detailed owner’s manual, and I sincerely hope LG will do this.

I finally took the plunge into OLED and couldn't be happier. If you're questioning whether you need 65", you do. I wasn't sure it would fit for a bedroom, but it's perfect. The colors, brightness and contrast on this TV look fantastic for movies, video games, sports, you name it. This also came with free in-home delivery which was also great. They brought it from the truck, down into the basement and into the specific room I would be using it. Set up was easy enough I took care of it myself. While this was a great deal, I think I'll be adding the Geek Squad protection, because it was still a weighty purchase (totally worth it) and I'd like the piece of mind of being covered for burn-in. I can't say it enough, amazing TV! Definitely upgrade if you're on the fence about it.

Why not have fun with what you call your review? :-) I purchased this 65” LG C3 and a 77” LG G2 same time and both are superb! The LG C3 colors just POP! Once you go LG OLED; going back to ordinary vanilla LED TV is hard even with decent picks out there. The reason I went with the 2023 LG C3 over last years LG C2 was that it is a tad bit brighter, upscales low quality broadcast and DVDs and for sound enthusiasts out there, I love the DTS track in Blu-rays over anything else. I currently have an LG C1 and and it looks way better than the LG CX it replaced (broken by our movers). LG has been making OLED TV’s for 10 years and every year they improve the quality. Burn-in is a thing of the past, within reason of not keeping static elements on your TV for 8 hours. It has a fun picture gallery screen saver to mitigate burn-in and is a joy to look at. After purchasing this LG C3 and the LG G2, that would make me a proud owner of 4 LG OLED TVs historically. Come on number 5. I see myself holding onto these LG OLED TVs for a long time. They have a proven track record. If you are sensitive to blue light, there is a built in Blue light filter to warm the picture and lower the intensity from the settings menu. I’m just thrilled about the sharp picture quality level of the C3, its superb for movie watching, streaming of your favorite apps, and for the Gamers, this TV is for you. Games are fluid for the PS5 and Xbox Series X (purchased both at best buy) with 4 HDMI 2.1 ports. PC gamers will also be thrilled. In Summary: The LG C3 is priced right (won't gouge you like the Sony OLED equivalent, and has more accurate colors than Samsung QD OLED TV’s who exaggerate their colors to draw more people to embrace the lush look over accuracy. The LG C3 has every feature any person, gamer, streamer, young or “wise in years” could every need, use and love. Side note: If you are a Total Tech Member, do what I did, and get an in-home consultation (which is free) and have them help you bring your ideal set up to from a dream to reality. Thank you Johnny!

It took a while to choose the correct tv for my space. I purchased the LG C3 and have it displayed in my family room, which by the way has 5 windows on one side of the room and two window on the other side. I was very nervous about buying the C3 for such a bright room, therefore, I was looking into purchasing the much brighter LG G3 for a lot more money. Looking at both tv's side by side you will notice a big difference in brightness between the C3 and G3. However, due to the price difference I chose the C3 and I must say that all my worries about the tv being bright enough went out window once it was all set up and the energy saver was turned off. Even with my room at its brightest it is more than bright enough. I'm so happy I saved the money and purchased the C3, it has an amazing picture! With the extra money I put it towards an Atmos sound system and love it! Only one fault with the tv, and that is the stand can't swivel or adjust in hight, so I purchased a Sanus swival stand with cord hiding ability, its perfect.

Beautiful picture ,. Dolby Vision and HDR Cinema Home mode changes according to source of picture . Settings are very easy to find and adjust . Two small complaints . The Web OS operating system is not my personal choice to use as some of my apps are Google Store only . Wish it had a Google TV operating but I use a Google Chromecast in HDMI 1 . My soundbar is in EARC 2 . My other complaint is the price . Both Sony and Samsung are as good and cost basically the same price . For $ 200 more the Sony A80L has the better Sony Processing and Google operating . And the Samsung S90C has the QD OLED tech . There is a company called Digital Trends where Caleb Denison ( Who is awesome ) gives a review . Might be a good place to learn more about this TV . Total Tech team did a great job installing and setting up the TV for me . Well worth the price for Total Tech and the extra 2 year warranty .

The picture on this TV is AMAZING! We replaced a similar sized LCD panel, and this model’s OLED screen just looks so much better: the colors are more vibrant and the high refresh rate makes motion and action much smoother. The remote has a slight learning curve; it has motion controls that move a cursor on the screen, which was a new but easy-to-learn experience for us. Once we got used to it, it was like using a mouse on a computer, and easier than menu systems we’ve had on other TVs over the years. We also got an LG soundbar, and both devices integrate well with each other. Yes, it’s pricier than an equivalent LCD or LED TV, but the OLED screen’s quality is worth the money.
