Big upgrade from a 4k LED TV. OLED tech is crazy. The single layer panel is crazy thin. Color, blacks, and motion clarity are top tier. If you can afford it, Ws in the chat. They will continue to drop down in price if you can wait.

We went in to buy headphones, when we caught a displayed tv running it's demo reel and were blown away by the clarity, color depth, all of that. We thought, next tv we get, we're getting that one. Buy our headphones, go home, couple days later a 15 year old plasma we have died. We look at each other and nothing more needed to be said. Did a little research, went back to BB and decided to look at more than just the one that caught our eye. That's when we got to the C3. Just magnificent quality. The profile is beautiful - incredibly slim. Easy to access ports, and the colors are just immaculate. Top of the reviews everywhere, and we've had good experiences with LG in the past. The price was right on top of it all and setup was really easy - included diagram was confusing but found multiple youtube videos detailing the stand setup combined with the LG soundbar. Couldn't be happier.

Overall the picture quality is far superior to my previous TV that I bought 10 years ago. Details are far superior. Brightness is excellent. I cannot judge the sound because I use separate speakers. Occasionally, on some channels I see short term color squiggles/ mix-up in small parts of the TV. I think it may be due to the transmission from Comcast signal issues.

I purchased this TV to replace a 49" LG that we had in our study for quite a few years. The purchase and delivery process went smoothly and the set arrive in perfect condition. The delivery crew were very careful and cleaned their shoes before entering the house. This is a little thing but it goes a long way toward creating a positive image for Best Buy. The set was easy to install and set up. We use it strictly as a monitor so I can't speak to the smart features. We also use URC Remotes and I was pleased to find that the LG discrete codes haven't changed so very little reprogramming was required. The image quality is excellent (particularly the black level) an despite its larger size the TV is less fatiguing to watch than our old set. In all it took about an hour to tweak the settings to our preferences and environment. After the initial set up and firmware update I disconnected the set from the LAN and removed the batteries from the OEM remote. I would have preferred a "Monitor Only" option, but I don't thing any manufacturer offers this. I cannot speak to the sound quality or smart features because we don't use them.because we don't use them.

Excellent tv. The lg g3 just isn't worth the premium. The Samsung s90c would also be a good coice depending on price. I trust lg screens. If you're on the line i would get it beforr the next model comes out. Looks like the c4 wont be much improvement so get the c3 before its gone and the "new" c4 cost 700 more.

The LG OLED C3 TV really has no equal for its price range. It's pretty affordable for what you get. The picture quality, brightness, and sharpness are excellent. The biggest negative is probably the built-in speakers. To fully enjoy the TV, you should get a surround sound system to take advantage of what you're getting.

This is a great TV. I have it mounted above the mantle on my chimney. The picture and sound are great. Due to lack of a cable connector I have been using it to stream with the Comcast app. It works pretty well although there are some glitches - am not sure whether those are because of the TV or Comcast. Overall fairly easy to use. No major complaints.

The picture on this TV is stunning compared to my 10 year old, top of the line Sony. I was considering the LG G3 and the Sony A95K, but those TVs are much more expensive for what seemed to me to be minimal improvement in picture. Very happy with the 65" LG C3. Best bang for your buck in picture detail and color.

The colors pop and you have entered the 3D world, or so it seems! There is depth to the screen and the actors, scenery and the shows your watching. Wasn't sure what a "Smart TV" was and what all the fuss was about but after 2 weeks of discovering all the features, and, still discovering more, just about anything you can imagine a TV doing or providing are at Your fingertips or simply just a "remote" away. I had that Denon surround sound system that everyone craved and envied, and now I have the to enhance the surround sound and take your TV viewing to a whole new dimension and another level. More features than I can ever figure out, so, since it's a "Smart TV" I just sit back and let the TV figure it out by itself. Every day I am impressed with something new or a feature I had idea that it existed. Wish I had one in every room, but then I would never leave the house!

Not only does this TV get bright but it can get loud! The built in speakers are great if you are not looking to get into an expanded sound system. The remote is easy to use especially since it has a cursor that you can move with the device itself.

I purchased this TV to replace my 6 year old C7. The color is absolutely brighter and more vibrant on the C3. Gaming in 120hz with the HDMI 2.1 capability is AMAZING. I’m really thrilled with this television. Fantastic picture. Apps are quick and respnsive. No complaints! If you’re on the fence, buy it. You will not be disapponted.

I was ABOUT TO RETURN THIS to Best Buy, but finally got it to work the way it is designed, so I kept it! The picture is fantastic, to say the least. The built-in speakers are only so-so; however, the sales rep in the store didn't promise them to be more than that. The "almost deal killer" was the wretched, horrible, atrocious lack of product documentation that is available! The Best Buy support group was unable to help me. Then, I went to the "chat" feature offered by LG. That person terminated the chat dialog! (YES, I was rather angry with that!) Then, I phoned and spoke with a person from LG. She was able to talk me through the rest of the setup. THERE IS NO user's manual that you can download. NOTHING other than a very cryptic "owner's manual" that is worthless. Apparently the only way to get help is to nose around on LG's website or to CALL them! Now, I love the TV -- after it's set up. I almost bought a Sony, but didn't. Had I known that NO adequate & complete user's guide was available, I would NOT have purchased this. However, now that I have it set up, it's a great TV. I have connected my Sony 5.1 sound system with Blu Ray player. It works & sounds great -- NOW! I'd have given the TV a 5 Star rating; however the lack of adequate documentation to set up and use held my rating back. Buy this only if you're a tech wizard and "just know" how to set up on your own. Or, purchase it if you enjoy speaking with support staff on the phone!

I was looking for a better picture than my older LG was giving me and narrowed it down to this unit, the Samsung OLED, and the Sony OLED. Compared to my old edge lit tv they would all be incredible upgrades. Seeing them side by side in store is a bit unrealistic IMO as they are generally maxed out in store mode. I chose the LG c3 based on LGs proven history. I also prefer the LG OS so getting around is pretty intuitive. I already have a decent sound bar so I cannot comment on the internal speakers but giving it high marks because of eARC and optical options. Once set up, the picture is great, like dramatically improved the watching experience which is exactly what I was hoping for. The tv has anll the features one would expect other than a back lit remote. Unlike a lot of reviewers, I probably won’t use most of them. I just want to enjoy a great picture when streaming tv or a movie with as little fuss as possible. Oddly enough, my wife prefers using the fire stick remote and is used to that navigation so we effectively have an LG C3 OLED fire tv - that is about as basic as it gets.

This is our fourth TV. We started with the Sony X90L. I loved it but then it started flickering and then, it had audio glitches. So that went back. Then we got a Samsung S90C. It was WAY too hard on our eyes so that went back. Then we tried the Sony X93L. We immediately knew that one wouldn't work because it had an anti-glare coating that reflected the lights in the room so we couldn't even watch the tv. We finally settled on this LG and we absolutely LOVE it. Our only worry is that the screen might eventually burn in because we do watch a LOT of MSNBC and the banner is always there. So we bought the burn in protection. However we are being really careful about not leaving MSNBC on for long and my son found a way to have the screen not have the MSNBC banner on it, so hopefully this screen will last. My son uses this TV for a lot of gaming and he absolutely loves it. Also, he doesn't get migraines anymore that were being caused by our old TV (a Vizio). We HIGHLY recommend this tv.
