We purchased a LG 65 in. Top of the line TV from Best Buy in Erie PA. We were scheduled to have delivery 3 days from our purchase. The delivery date came and there was no contact from any one. After several phone calls for over an hour each time we were Abe to schedule a date. 3 weeks from
The original date. The sku s are wrong. We kept getting notifications that they were canceling on our because we didn’t pick it up. As a customer, there is no direct line to the store you purchased items from. Your call goes directly to someone in Panama. Awful experience!

1. Randomly cant control the volume on our sonos soundbar with the tv remote. Only way to fix it is unplug all hdmi connections except the sonos arc and reboot tv. 2. All streaming apps quit working and open to a blank screen. Have to hold the power button on the tv to fully reboot webos to fix. 3. After webos update 33.30.92 the previous two issues happen daily. Orher than that the picture quality is good. Probably wont buy another LG.

For the volume‑control issue with your Sonos soundbar, one helpful step you can try is disabling and re‑enabling SIMPLINK (HDMI‑CEC) on the TV. Go to Settings → General → Devices → HDMI Settings → SIMPLINK, turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. This refreshes the ARC handshake and often restores stable volume control without needing to unplug everything.
For the apps opening to a blank screen, performing a full Home Dashboard reset can help. Press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV restarts, then go to Settings → Support → TV Management → Application Manager and clear the cache for the affected apps. Love the TV, even more loved the geek team that delivered it, took old one down and new one up. Then got it set up and showed my husband and I how to use it!!
