Very fast start up. Built in apps load quickly. The built in features for pictures, screen savers etc are very good.

Tv is great but Best Buy makes my consumer experience difficult once again. things can never be smooth with Best Buy. Being a long term customer I bought an iPhone 17 pro a few months ago and had to go to the store about 5 times in one week before my phone worked(whole different issue.) Now I bought a 1300 tv, that I’ve wanted forever, I got the excellent open box to make sure I got everything that’s supposed to be with it. Instead DIDNT HAVE THE SCREWS FOR THE STAND AND HAD A TOSHIBA TV REMOTE. BE BETTER GUYS. Since the remote uses infrared I had to go buy another remote, and find some screws to make the stand work. Shouldn’t have to after spending 1300 dollars. Lg c5 rocks tho.

I’ve had two of these TVs and they have great picture if the streaming actually works. I have to unplug my TV at least 4 times a week to resolve streaming issues this TV says it has when no other device has issues. 4 other TVs in the house, along with multiple streaming devices using internet bandwidth, and the most expensive TV is the least reliable and most inconvenient to maintain (especially mounted as a frame on the wall). Do better LG.

When streaming apps report issues while other devices work normally, one helpful step is to reset the Home Dashboard network connection by going to Settings → Network → Wi‑Fi (or Wired) → Advanced Settings → Edit and re‑entering your network details. Picture is great, but no manual ,had trouble finding how to get to HDMI 1. so I can actually see the picture, still trying to figure it out. The Geek Squad in the store didn't help. the salesman was more help full but still having trouble figuring out the 100 things that this TV can do.

Excellent help from Best Buy employees who assisted us in our selections of a new Tv and sound bar. They also arranged for our delivery and installation.
