Beautiful screen, OS could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The screen is just stunning. The blacks are beautiful. However, I find many aspects of the OS annoying. I should be able to remove more items from the home menu to focus it on the things I need. I would like to be able to adjust the menu colors and skin. With such a pretty tv, you would think their menu would put more effort into it's usability and design. I would like a Stop button on the remote instead of just a play and a pause (this is particularly annoying when using the remote to interact with the disc player). I like the remote pointer, but would like to be able to disable it (so moving the remote accidentally during a show doesn't bring up the pointer). Those are just a few of the operating system annoyances. However, the picture quality is so beautiful, I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Amazing TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an amazing TV with exceptional color and sound. I like the remote as it will control the comcast box and all other features of the tv. The back is flimsy above the hardware so be careful with it when installing and transporting.

Get what you pay for!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.People criticize the price of OLED TV’s but nothing beats the picture, period! I had a plasma prior to this so the improved picture wasn’t drastic like it would be if I had upgraded from a LED TV but there’s still a noticeable improvement.

Really great TV - but ...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hey if you are looking for a great TV for higher price - you should consider this TV I am replacing my OLD top notch Samsung so I am looking for 65 inch TV 4K and has to be able to connect to my NAS and read/play 4K content ... and trust me its not easy to find one. So far I was testing : This LG 65 OLED C8 Sony A8F 65 and two LED ... but I wont compare them here - makes no sense. Ok - in two words. SONY is using the same screen but ... works better - picture quality is BETTER SONY - HD to 4K upscaling is WAAAY better SONY - sound - acoustic panel kills LG SONY - more sturdy construction Most important info : SONY - thanks to crapy android TV operating system (I really don't like it) you are able to get an APP and connect to NAS to watch your own 4K movies ... you can't do that on LG or Samsung !!!! ... only way to get your videos is by building stream box like PLEX - but plex is not free and you need a dedicated comp AND it will convert your original quality video and make it easy to stream ... BS Sooooooo IMHO LG wins nothing compare to SONY A8F except 200-300 bucks off depends of the current deal BUT if you are really big fan of LG and you dont need a NAS access and you like really great open source operating system that comes with LG - you should get one - it is a really great piece of engineering.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow picture is incredible. LG OLED is everything. Best TV in the market hands down. Purchased the SONY OLED A8F not a bad TV but it cannot compare to the LG OLED. Since its on sale now I highly recommend purchasing it.

Excellent Picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Full disclosure, I've been eyeing an OLED TV for quite some time. Unfortunately, the price point for the 65", which was the model I was set on, was just out of reach. When there was an amazing sale bringing the C series under $2k I couldn't hold out any longer and I'm glad I didn't. The picture quality I was sold on holds up every bit as much at home. I have not had much chance to play with all of the features and, admittedly, this is my first natively smart TV but the interface seems user-friendly and the apps seem to work well. Just over a month into use, I'm very satisfied.

Gamer. Have someone help you put it together
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always had Samsung TV's. Went back and forth with the Samsung Q9FN and this. Came down to money for me. Games. My Xbox one x gave me green check marks all the way down. This TV takes full advantage of the Xbox one x. I'm sure my buds are tired of me talkin about how different the games look. Netflix HDR content is perfect. (Worth paying for 4k subscription) Smart TV features are fast and responsive. There are plenty of settings 4 people like me. I'm always tweaking my picture settings. If you buy this TV have someone with you to put it together. The screen is incredibly thin. I watched all the reviews and knew it was thin but once I had to pick it up I almost had a heart attack. Hope this helps someone!

Great OLED TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After reading many reviews, I went with this TV and am quite pleased. Picture looks great from AT&T U-verse feed, and all the apps work as expected. The remote is a plus and the thin frame is visually pleasing.

Great picture!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the best pictures I have seen on any TV. Colors are great and viewing angle is excellent. Sound is great, too, even without a sound bar or home theater set up. The OLED technology is top notch.

Best TV Yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture quality on this TV is amazing! The best feature is that when the color is supposed to be black, that’s what’s shown and not that grayish color like all other TVs. Definitely worth the price.

Thin TV, Great Picture, runs warm
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV is really thin; and has the ability to use miracast (which allows me to connect my laptop and other devices without cables) - I don't think miracast works with IOS TV has excellent picture, but does give off an unusual amount of heat, it does have a simulated surround sound, but I strongly recommend a separate receiver or sound bar my one regret, is I should've gotten a slightly larger TV, but this works for a living room or a smaller great room; not quite man cave ready For those of you with a Geiger counter (I use one for work), this TV does cause some problems when I need to use that
