Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the gaming capabilities and the future-proofing provided by the HDMI 2.1 ports. While some find the remote control difficult to use and the TV expensive, concerns about burn-in and the unattractive design when wall-mounted are also mentioned.

Install was professional and quick. Picture quality is excellent and picture settings adapt to App or program. Voice commands are spot on while the sound transfer is crisp and bright. Pretty impressive for a sub $5k tv. Remote makes it super easy to use and access content.

I’ve held on to a 1080p tv screen since their inception until now. The jump to 4K and especially HDR is astounding in comparison. With the OLED tech, you get the best colors, contrast and infinite blacks that money can buy. Stop thinking about buying LG OLED and jump in already!

After a great deal of research, purchased this TV. Excellent picture quality and superior, very viewer-friendly remote. Full of smart TV features including instant access to Netflix. I have had Panasonic, Samsung and Sony TVs and this LG is as good (if not better) than more expensive competitors.

Unbelievable picture quality. My litmus test is always the Planet Earth series (Attenborough, not Weaver) and it’s more stunning than I could have ever imagined. It’s also super easy to use and the remote is well designed and intuitive. The smart features are also very intuitive.

This is an awesome TV. I can't imagine a better picture. The controls are easy to use (which is a major selling point). This is the only TV with a pointer remote. The only thing I don't like is the stand. It feels a little unstable. I will be wall mounting it which will resolve the issue.

We have had this TV two years and still love it. We started out using the base stand which is VeRY heavy and hard to connect. We had to watch a YouTube video multiple times to get it right. We later mounted to the wall and hid the cables with a legrand power management system and this is where the TV shines. Connectivity is ample, and the picture is glorious. The first movie I watched was Avatar, and the colors jump off the screen. So vivid and clean. Recently we watched Encanto and I felt the same way. We have no regrets about this purchase. It was expensive, and we bought the extended warranty, so that was a lot, but we hope to use this tv for years. We use an LG sound bar/sub from the beginning, so I don’t know how the sound is.

All's I can say is wow! I replaced my smaller plasma tv with this one and it has the most awesome picture I have ever seen. The clarity and detail just blows my old set away. Don't hesitate to purchase this one. The magic remote is the best around also. Just get it and you won't be sorry.

The OLED65C9 has an outstanding picture that has brilliant colors that can be seen at any viewing angle. The deep black levels are breathtakingly pure without the need of a backlight, like an LED display. The main feature that I love is zero blooming-effect in dark scenes with bright highlights.

Excellent black blacks and bright whites. Vivid colors A couple complaints I have - I had to tweak a lot of settings for the picture to look its best and I always feel like I need to adjust things. Each input and video format remembers has their own settings so you have to configure the settings for each mode. Months after I bought it I was still tweaking settings. It has an issue with judder - when the video is panning or tilting, the picture judders a lot. You can fix this by turning up motion interpolation. It mostly makes it smoother, but it's smooth for a while and then suddenly jumps as if it's catching up to the live signal. The remote has a motion sensor so it can act as a pointer with a cursor on the screen. Every time you accidentally move the remote, or even if you have it on the coffee table and you set your drink down too hard, the cursor pops up on the screen for a few seconds.

The picture quality is phenomenal, especially the contrast the true blacks deliver over the dark gray black of the non-OLED TVs. Finally the price is at a reasonable level. The setup is fairly straight forward but can be a slight challenge when hooking up to a large home theater system,

This the best tv i have ever owned. Picture quality is stunning. Plus gaming modes that it offer is just superb. The only thing its missing is freesync. But again its not a huge problem since next generation consoles arriving with hdmi 2.1 you should be just fine.

There's one caveat: The brightness. In HDR content my Sony X930E is an absolute unit at creating brights. It will do 1400nits (!) compared to the 800 or so of the LG but here's the thing. The LG has such superb color reproduction, interface responsiveness (even against the Sony X1 Extreme chip) and CONTRAST, that you almost feel like it has that shocking eye squinting brightness when you're in a somewhat dark room. The X930E is still the brightest HDR i've ever seen and even in the living room with the windows open in the daytime I squint at the brightness occasionally, but the Sony just does not compare to the insane contrast and quality of the LG. The C9 is also HDMI 2.1 so you get 120HZ G-SYNC(!!) and i have verified this. Games become something else on this TV. Movies are just ridiculously good looking. Dolby Vision, Apple TV+, Disney Plus, the AirPlay is amazing if you have iOS devices. Just buy this thing! BUY IT!

If you want the best picture you can get and can afford it, get this tv. There’s simply no comparison between oled and any other display technology. To take full advantage you do need to watch something in hdr or Dolby vision. It simply looks amazing in those formats.

Pure blacks are the sign of a perfect picture ... and this is one of very few big screen TVs that boosts having such a feature. The colors are vibrant, the quality is superior. One of the best purchases I have made.

When looking for a new TV, we first looked at Sony because of pervious ownership. However, after comparing Sony and LG, we decided to go with the 65" LG. We are very pleased with the excellent picture and ease of operation!

This TV is awesome. Super thin. Looks great on the wall. Very sleek. The picture is fantastic and it's features are various and top notch. The built in Google assistant is not fantastic and I can't get it to link with Google Home. That is a disappointment. Otherwise, world class TV.

Purchased for a Super Bowl party as our older TV was suddenly flickering. Decided OLED was the best choice for action sports, etc. LG is the leader in OLED from everything I read, and opted for the newer processor (C). 100% satisfied with the purchase. Product is GREAT! Picture quality is amazing. Watching the game was wonderful. We stream all our entertainment (TV, movies, music, etc.) and there was never an issue with sound or picture quality during the game or since. It even makes older movies (i.e. Goonies recently with the kids) have tremendous picture quality. The smart TV and smart remote functionality is so easy the whole family can use it (even our 5 year old twins … and my wife). Best Buy's staff made everything simple. They were professional, responsive, and attentive. And they helped provide an option to finance (at 0%) over a very favorable period, which was great since this was an unplanned/"last minute" purchase.

What can I say, except that I love this TV. The Oled standard in this T.V. is crisp. The fact that I can mirror my Iphone to it to view photos for editing is also great...... The true ease of use is very well understandable. Get one or two, you will not regret it

Bought this new . First one I got looked to appear repackaged/used when I took it out the box and setup at home. Didn’t have a screen protector on the screen or remote but didn’t notice this at first . Within 2 days developed a dead strip of pixels right in the center of the screen . Returned and exchanged with a different one within a week. On the new one I got it looked brand new since everything had a protective screen film like the screen and remote. Has worked flawlessly since then . Beautiful picture . Not the brightest like my h9f but still good in a bright room. Speakers aren’t the loudest obviously since now everything needs a soundbar . But Everything else is exceptional with this tv. It’s fast not laggy like my h9f. Motion handling is great. Can’t go wrong with this tv. Just make sure it’s a BRAND new tv not a repackaged one. It’s ridiculous you pay 2k + for a brand new never used one and they give you a repackaged one.
