Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the gaming capabilities and the future-proofing provided by the HDMI 2.1 ports. While some find the remote control difficult to use and the TV expensive, concerns about burn-in and the unattractive design when wall-mounted are also mentioned.

I’ve always been a Samsung Fanboy. This is the first LG I ever purchased. It’s amazing! Picture is stellar, little to no input lag for gaming, hdmi 2.1. Perfect blacks. I plan on getting an 8k in a year or 2 so this was a perfect upgrade from my Samsung Q7.

Instructions to hook up were clear. The smart TV functions work well. It has the best picture quality of any TV I’ve ever owned. The remote control that comes with the TV is easy to use. I would definitely recommend this TV for purchase regardless of the price.

This tv is worth every penny. Though 2000 plus fur a tv is expensive, If it’s in your budget The Lg OLED is in a class of its own. Perfect for a living room tv. Avoid this option if you plan on gaming with your tv. Over time a burnt in image can appear.

This TV has an amazing picture. Our family loves it for family movie night during the pandemic. It was very easy to set up. Only complaint is the stand assembly looks nothing like the picture in the manual, but it’s still pretty easy to figure out

I am so impressed with the picture quality maybe the fact that the blacks are ink black. What really confirmed it for me was when I saw a side by side blind test Comparison of a new 8K TV and the LG OLES 4K. I could see the difference on my TV but the two judges chose the LG OLED as the better picture quality over the 8k Tv Also This is my first LG and I am very impressed with the smart functions and the magic remote functions they are also superior to other brands so couldn’t be happier. The audio quality is better they must use better quality converters because it’s noticeable . I should add that I have an appletv 4K box that must have a bit better up-scaler in it because the Steaming content looks even better coming ApplTV So its worth the couple of hundred add on but you do have to get a Ultra HDMI 2.0 cable for it to work! This quality of picture I can live with us for a very long time!

Outstanding! I love how amazing the picture looks on this tv. Black is pure and make movies stand out more without the grey bars in LED or LCD TVs. 1080p looks great on this as well. A must if you want the best experience for movie watching!

The best images I've ever seen. I recently watched an old movie, and even without improved resolution I can see more details in the darker areas than before due to the improved contrast. The motion looks more realistic. Also the LG 'smart tv' software beats Samsung's.

Bought 55" OLED LG last year and was so impressed with TV, bought the 65". Picture CAN NOT be BEAT!!!. Only complaint with LG is there lack of apps. But a ROKU stick fixed that. I am just amazed at the picture. The remote is well designed and fits well in your hand.

This is simply the best TV I have ever owned. The picture quality is without equal. HDR is amazing. The UI is fast and easy to use. The TV comes with 180+ free channels. Video games look amazing on the TV. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

If you want black levels that rival the cinema, this is it. Brings back memories of Plasma. A bit darker overall than LED, still, the color depth and contrast are outstanding. Magic Remote controls accessories, also has voice control. (Alexa/ Google)

This television has the best clarity and detail. I did a lot of research into TVs and decided to go with this set. It’s easy to use and set up. The functions are simple and makes watching movies at home as close to watching in a theater as you can get.

Fantastic Picture BUT AUDIO Limited to 1 Source

Had TV since 2019. It remains the most amazing combination of color and clarity of ANY TV I've personally ever viewed, and I would rate it EXCELLENT! However, while the TV has a plethora of audio/video connections on the back, LG's attempt to utilize "smart TV" technology, will ONLY allow sound to come through whatever device you are using at a time. Moreover, If you utilize a sound bar, but may want to mute it and listen through a headset, as I've done with other brands, it WILL NOT work unless you intend for the headset to always be the primary output. Changing where your audio is being sent requires a lengthy process, and does not provide for multiple sources. The simple RCA jacks are dead, unless they are used as your primary source. This dramatically limits the ability for the sound to normally come from the sound bar, but also feed through any other audio outputs. I have tried EVERY conceivable connection attempt with my digital headset, where the base has multiple choices of digital connections, and the AI overrides it. In LG's attempt to allow a user to switch to a different device and automatically switch to ONLY ONE, audio output, they have unintentionally diminished the users ability to send sound through out the home. I would rather be able to manually choose each device rather than LG's software and would remove it if possible!

If you want the best tv, look no further. While the LG E9 may have slightly better sound, you cannot beat the bang for your buck with this C9 model. The picture is great and you'll be happy you purchased an OLED instead of the inferior QLED TVs.

It didn't take any time at all to put this television up, turn it on, and start watching. The set up was quick and easy compared to previous tv choices I've made. The picture is clear and switching between streaming service providers is simple too.

Great overall tv. I have always bought Samsung but I kept hearing OLED was the best and so far that is true. The colors are so much richer than my Samsung. The magic remote is okay and the price is the biggest detractor. But overall so far money well spent.

If you can afford OLED, go for it. Amazing picture, deep blacks, excellent motion handling. And it has HDMI 2.1 for next generation console graphics. And LG TVs have an excellent setup process. Felt like I was setting up a new Apple computer.

Get it! Get it from Best Buy! You’ll be blown away by the picture quality! – these folks at Magnolia section are phenomenal with helping you answer your technical questions and they go above and beyond I went to best buy to take a look at one of the LG OLED’s that I was interested in and I was not planning on purchasing it that day because I wanted to make sure that the if the dimensions of the TV would be okay with my current setup, because of the fireplace in my living room. I was looking at the TV at the Magnolia section and this young representative approached me if he can help me with anything. The next thing I know is he went and found a measuring tape and did all the measurement. Not only that he took the time to show the same scene on various other OLEDS (Sony models) so I can compare and conclude. *Phenomenal picture quality* There’s UHD TV’s and then there’s the LG OLED’s.

Spending $2100 for a TV is a decision that demands research to avoid buyer's remorse. I looked at all the buyer's and professional reviews. The pro's reviews made my head spin. On multiply ocassions I went to Best Buy to look at Sony & LG OLED sets. After a year of having cold feet, I brought the 65" LG C9 OLED. I Can tell you that the LG C9 OLED is an excellent TV right out of the box. My set up is : C9, Xfinity X1, 4K Apple tv, and a Sony STR DH590 receiver. The Quality of the picture is light years ahead of my 60 inch Plasma set. The sony inexpensive receiver is amazing.Every source: SD, HD, 4K, Dolby produces an amazing picture. I highly recommend this TV.
