It seems people do not understand 120hz vs 60hz. The Xbox One X supports 120hz at 1440p. You have to enable this feature in the Xbox settings. Hooking up a PC will also grant you 120hz as this TV is pretty much like a giant PC monitor. Out of the box the screen quality is fantastic. I made some changes here and there like to improve the quality of the image. I compared this TV to the Samsung Q90 and the Samsung just couldn't provide blacks anywhere near the C9. This TV is close to perfect.

This is the first OLED TV I have owned and the difference in quality from a traditional LCD screen is extremely apparent. The tv is definitely not cheap, but as long as it lasts a decent amount of years the quality will be worth it.

I was using a 1080p Sony LCD that bought in 2013, so it was about time to get a new TV. The LG is even better than I thought it would be, particularly the HDR. Tetris Effect with HDR turned on will melt your brain. Gorgeous picture. Love it.

I don’t think I can adequately state how great this TV is. The picture is so good, my wife who hates bugs, wanted this one based on the picture. The picture alone is worth the price, but add in the connectivity and ease of use... I’m glad I waited to upgrade!

Out of the box the C9 65-inch is completely captivating! The picture and bonus features are well worth the price! Stunning contrast and frame rate along with features that make the TV perfect for a theater room setting! 10/10 across the board. Well done LG.

I went back and forth on this TV for 6-8 months before taking the plunge. I kept looking at it compared to others and wondering if I could just get by with a 4K and not spend the money. Also wondering if I would regret having a 65" that wasn't 4K. In the end I took the plunge. The picture is beautiful and playing video games is absolutely on point on this screen. Although to be honest I rarely let this TV go to video games its so great for movies. I can't comment on the sound though as I had a soundbar with a subwoofer in the living room prior to this purchase so I immediately hooked it up and have always listened to it. My one wish is that there was a way to use the voice search to default to the service I have that offers the program I am searching for for free.

The LG OLED TV is the most incredible TV. Never imagined having such perfect imaging in my own home. Better than any movie theater. Easy to navigate between apps and the use of Google Home is awesome. It doesn’t get any better than this TV.

Beautiful picture, I love how dark/black it gets, completely different than my old LED. This TV is incredibly thin on the edges, which made lifting onto my stand impossible alone without feeling like it would snap in half. Pricey, but worth it thus far!

I’ve had this TV for about 3 weeks now and it by far has the best picture quality of any tv I have owned and ones I see in the store as well. I mainly bout this tv to play games on and watch movies. I have not been let down yet. I have seen a little image retention on the screen when playing Destiny 2 in HDR on it but that goes away after looking at something else on it for a while. Overall I am very happy the picture quality but I will say the smart features could be a little better. I had a TCL tv with Roku built in and it was a much better experience than the LG apps but that is not a deal breaker for me cause I mostly use an Apple TV for all streaming things. Ok sorry this is such a rambling review but if your are on the fence don’t stress this in one of the best if not the best tv’s on the market right now. Buy it with confidence.

I have had this tv for about 2 weeks and it has the beat picture I have seen on a tv. I was concerned about gaming on it as I have had issues with my old Samsung due to the game mode, but the ps4 and Xbox games look amazing. I have no issues with lag or stuttering. The UI does not take long to get used to and the sound is also amazing on this, although I am not sure how much better it would be on the stand with the metal piece to direct the sound outward, because I have it mounted on the wall. The only negatives for this tv is that there is no native hbo app, the SD content does not look so good, and it is on the pricey end, but in my opinion so far it is well worth it. Also, having switched form Samsung (which was a great tv, still have one in the bedroom), the sound for amazon prime video is actually synced to the lip movement.

My number one concern when purchasing a tv is picture quality. And the LG C-9 OLED has a great picture. This tv replaced my Panasonic Plasma (which was one of the last wonderful models that Panasonic made) and represents a easily noticable improvement in the picture quality. The picture detail is much sharper and the colors more brilliant. Also I think that the LG OLEDs' pictures are very nature looking (from what I read maybe not as bright as some of the competing LED 4k tvs, but still very rich and detailed). I also own a LG 55in B-8 OLED which looks just as good. The 4k picture from well mastered 4k material (the best is 4k blu ray) is especially good. I read numerous reviews of 4k tvs before making this purchase and at this point I'm very satisfied with my LG C-9.

The picture quality is very good. The “Blacks” are super black. Integration with all of my components was very easy and work flawlessly. Super-thin design looks great mounted on the wall. I am very pleased with this television.

Honestly one of the best TVs on the market. Picture quality is absolutely incredible. This tv’s black levels are unreal. If you’re looking for movie theater quality in your home, this is the tv to purchase. Worth every penny.

Decided to go OLED after years with Sony. This tv is incredible. Love the smart features and the updated HDMI ports along with eARC make it future proof. Watching movies in 4k HDR is amazing and now I have discovered Dolby vision is insane. Dolby Vision movies with a Dolby Atmos sound-bar is the best picture I have ever seen in my life. Only negative I can say about the TV is some cable stations look blurry/pixelated in HD. I think my Sony handled upscaling slightly better but for streaming content on this thing is a beast! And it is Bright!

First TV I have purchased myself and was well worth the wait to be able to get it phenomenal picture and cant explain how good the black pixels are. the speakers on the TV are very good to and can not get over how thin the TV is.

This is the best tv by far I have ever owned!I have two 65 inch 4k led TV's made by lg! Awesome TVs but this oled is just that much better because of the perfect black levels! It is amazing how much better the picture is!

I made the best decision buying an OLED tv. For sure, this tv will blow you out with the picture quality and a perfect black. The sound is amazing. You don't need a soundbar for this tv. LG did a great job with TV.

This tv has a great picture in hd and even better in 4k. The integrated apps are able to stream 4k content. The remote works well and has a lot of nice features (like dedicated buttons for Netflix, Amazon prime video and movie search).

We love our new LG television . We also bought a SONOS soundbar and woofer. It makes our movie viewing and listening experience so great - we feel like we're at the movies!

This is a great television, the clarity and color are great . We have it hanging over our fireplace and the slimness makes it look less intrusive. We love the gallery option which allows us to set it up to look like a picture frame.
