Customers are pleased with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the gaming capabilities and the future-proofing provided by the HDMI 2.1 ports. While some find the remote control difficult to use and the TV expensive, concerns about burn-in and the unattractive design when wall-mounted are also mentioned.

Returned a Sony OLED for this one and could not be happier. It’s like you are in person watching movies. Great for Apple products to screen cast.
Super thin but very heavy

I have owned LG TVs before. I also own LG LCDs for computers. They are almost always reliable and competitively priced. Not to Jinx it, but I have an old LG 720p TV that is still going. This OLED C9PUA is just awesome. Great picture quality. Over the air digital channels look just as good, if not better than Sling TV. The included apps are just what is needed if you don't have a Roku. You can add apps as well. The only two negatives are: (1) With a TV this pricey, the "magic" remote should have back lit keys. It does not. (2) You Tube does not work. It always wants to update, but fails every time. As a result, I cannot open You Tube.

The picture quality is fantastic and the HDR is amazing. I actually returned the 55" to go with the 65" so if you are on the fence you can't go wrong with the bigger size.

Looks fantastic. Picture is amazing and I'm never going to a non OLED screen again.
Price was eugh at first, but after spending time, it looks so amazing that I don't mind.. and now Vizio is releasing OLEDs at cheap prices. so comes time to replace.. it will be much cheaper :)
Great for PC gaming. Supports a variety of resolutions and HZ.
Examples:
4k 60/120hz
1440p 60/120hz
1080p 60/120hz
All work natively via Nvidia control panel - no need to manually add the resolution, shows up as default option in NV control panel.
(Note: MUST have TV firmware updated for them to show natively)

well, this is the TV I wish I had purchased last year. Instead, I went with Sony because they scared me with the burn in bull. I purchased this after it has been on display in store for a year. Not a hint of burnin on the screen. After a year with the Sony, I just never got a picture that I consistently liked. And if you are sitting at the slightest angle, the color changes. This LG is the greatest thing since ice cream. The picture is perfect, clear and sharp. And the adjustment for getting it like you want it are so simple. Do not hesitate. Buy anLG OLED. Best television on the market.

Bright, clear picture with the best available contrast, easy set up, and clear sound- what more more could be asked? It's not time for 8K yet. This TV is still the top choice.

I Read a lot of reviews about this TV before I bought it. All of them were mostly good. Glad I decided to do my research because I now understand why it got such good reviews. The picture is awesome and the sound is great. I like the extra hookup ports as well for added game systems etc. PlayStation 4 looks awesome too. You can even Bluetooth headphones directly to it incase you don't want to disturb people late at night. Be sure to get help transporting it and taking it out of the box and setting it up. Kind of fragile due to the screen being so thin. The top part is only a few centimeters thick!

Best tv I have owned. Fantastic picture regardless of viewing angle. Loaded with features and the best sound from a thin tv that I have heard. Only drawback is that it is expensive.

I bought the 55 last year of this same model and have found it to be fantastic. I needed a second, but larger TV. I reviewed other models for LG and Sony online and in the store. I came back to this model in a 65. The 2019 model up the ante on the processor from 2018. This model compared to the less costly B model seemed to have a slight edge. The Sony looks great but was even more expensive. LG makes the screen for Sony. The Sony has better sound, but this TV does very well. The sound on this model is better than the C model. Part of it has to do with the stand and how the direction that the speakers fire

I upgraded from a Sony xbr49x800d, an LED Backlit 4K LCD set, purchased in late 2016. As soon as I fired up the C9 and launched Spider-Man on PS4 Pro, it made my old Sony look like actual garbage. And this was before any calibration, which was quick thanks to easy-to-find settings on the internet. Great sound, wonderful picture, fast app responsiveness. Remote control leaves much to be desired, from a design quality standpoint, as well as the "not-nearly-as-helpful-as-it-should-be" mouse-like cursor that pops up for navigation, but most people will end up using a universal remote anyway.

The picture quality is very good and the colors are vibrantly beautiful. One thing that bothers me is that during fast motion or rapid movement, there is sometimes a ghost or trail of the image or object that is moving and also there’s a visible outline around objects at times. When I compare it to my Samsung 90, I prefer the Samsung, it’s much more user friendly and the images seem a bit more stable. I’m considering exchanging. Another thing is the remote control... I hate it.
The sound is good, I have no complaints in that regard. I’m somewhat satisfied however a bit disappointed. For what this product cost, I expected more. I give this tv a B-.
