The picture is top quality. I am used to watching tv on a 1080 LCD so getting used to the HD quality will be easy. The colors are amazing

This is a GREAT TV!!!! The picture quality is like no other, and it has a beautiful monochromatic display design. The internet feature works just like an actual PC! I love having the built -in apps (i.e. Netflix, HULU, appleTV, YouTube,Pandora, and Amazon Fire). It’s the best TV and technology that money can buy, and it was on sale when I made the purchase! My only minor complaint is the Remote Control doesn’t light up, while your using it. If this TV fails in your price point, please buy it. You’ll thank me later!

I'm used to IPS display panels and their grayish blacks, so when you experience an OLED panel go black it goes black. No grayish glow. Very nice dynamic range, good menu system, Over-the-Air reception has been good (not sure if it has built-in amplification, but seems like it does), and it has worked very well with my stereo using eARC. I took a risk purchasing this based on reviews and on-line information since at the time of purchase we weren't allowed in stores. I don't regret this purchase.

Had a P-65F1 that died, so I went with a TCL 75 " as a replacement and couldn't get it dialed in. As a result, I exchanged it for a Sony 75" 900F and didn't love love it. I took the Sony back the day before the Superbowl and the sales guy, told my wife and I, if I wasn't happy with the Sony, I needed to get a oled. This was the best decision!!!! Amazing picture and upscaling. If you can swing it, just get a oled!

This is a great television. Sharp picture, very good sound with our Sonos sound bar. The functions on the TV are easy to access.

I spent almost a year debating over this selection and another. I knew I wanted OLED and was torn between LG and Sony. I bought it, mounted it and have enjoyed its display for only for streaming service home theater. When my brother in law brought his game console over, he was greatly impressed with the variable refresh rate and it’s processing. Over all, if you’re waiting for someone (a review video, online forums, etc...) to tell you which tv to buy, just go with your gut. You won’t regret it.

The LG C9 OLED is an excellent TV. Like all OLED TVs, it delivers outstanding dark room performance, thanks to the perfect inky blacks and perfect black uniformity. It has an outstanding response time, delivering clear motion with no blur trail, but this does cause stutter when watching movies. This TV also supports HDMI 2.1 on all four ports, Many thanks to the great TV/AV dept. staff at the Arlington Heights, IL store for all their help, patience and understanding!

Simply STUNNING, we have had the TV for about a month and every-time we turn it on we say wow, it is that noticeable. Both my wife and 14 year old daughter were sure they were not gong to see the difference; "Daddy, I probably will not notice the difference, well that ended immediately! 4K DVD's are even more amazing, but as you approach this quality of picture the differences start to fade a bit. The only time you ever notice any distortion is in pictures with a LOT of grays and shades of grays and that has only cropped up once.

This was a replacement for my LG OLED 65 E series that had burn in. The geek squad Extended service contract replaced it for free. This 2019 model has a better processor and also supports Dolby vision and Atmos in addition to earc if your surround system supports it. I don’t know if there is any marginally better OLED TV On the market. You must have it calibrated and with a high end 4k Blu-ray player be prepared to be blown away with the quality of the picture and sound with a great surround sound system.

Easy to set up , great view since you got it from the box , uses eARC that I needed to play high quality audio like ATMOS ,

I've shopped and had my eye on the OLED TVs for a few years I finally settled on this C9 and waited for the price to be right. I'm extremely happy with my purchase as stated in the title The only thing that could be better is the 77" model, but that comes at a cost. I've had the TV just over a month now and I've had zero issues. The expansive capability of this TV is incredible as far as the learning abilities. So far so good and I'm very impressed. Should anything change I will definitely update the post.

Picture quality, sharpness and color are what make 4K TV 's the TV of choice. This one is no exception. Very happy with our purchase

Bought this TV and after a week noticed that entire line was dead. Not just one pixel, an entire column of pixels. Had to repackage and take back to Best Buy and they quickly replaced it with no hassle. However repackaging this and remounting is no small feat, it is worth it. The TV is great and the picture is amazing. There may be an option out there that is close in quality and lower in price but coming from a plasma TV, I didn't think I had any other option other than an OLED.

So I'm a very indecisive person and of course I did my research. I looked at Costco OLED TV looked at Best Buy and saw that Best buy had them beat on the model of OLED and price. Even came with a $200.00 gift card. The moment I turned it on and played some movies we saw details we never saw! And when it came to playing Warzone and fortnight it felt like we had an advantage since the refresh rate and input lag is amazing. We would buy this TV again if I ever need another one. Great job LG!

Great TV for features! The colors are very vivid. Would recommend purchasing the accompanying sound bar; adds great surround sound.

I love the tv so far. Can see everything clearly, including close-caption. The colors are so sharp and deep. Sometimes things look 3D.

This TV generates the best picture I’ve ever seen. It was also easy to hook up to my not-so-new home theater system. Of course, I had to buy a new blu-ray DVD player and have been blown away by the picture and sound. I still have to use multiple remote controls to make use of all my older components but that’s no big deal. There are lots of apps to take advantage of, as well. We already have Netflix and Amazon Prime and the content looks amazing. I’m discovering new things every day!

I have been wanting an Oled for a few years and I was finally able to get one. Picture quality is amazing. Amazing picture and design.
