Customers are pleased with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the gaming capabilities and the future-proofing provided by the HDMI 2.1 ports. While some find the remote control difficult to use and the TV expensive, concerns about burn-in and the unattractive design when wall-mounted are also mentioned.

This is for sure the best TV I've ever owned. The colors are perfect and the interface is easy to use. Every time I turn this TV on, I'm wow'd by it, no matter how many times I do it. I use an external receiver and floor standing speakers, so I don't use the onboard speakers, so can't comment much on how those sound. I'd still recommend getting a soundbar at a minimum if you want to truly enjoy the sound as much as the picture.
The only thing removing this from being a 5 star review is the dreaded Motion Smoothing option. One thing that has been bothersome is how often I have to turn this feature off. Some people may like the feature (though I have never met on) and so for them this may not be a problem. But even though I'm only using 1 input (everything runs through my receiver) I find this setting turning itself back on quite a bit when switching between my different inputs on my receiver.

Best Picture in the Market

The LG OLED series rightly holds claim to the best picture in the tv market. Almost every credible tech reviewer agrees. It is very expensive, but there are are other QLEDs out there that are just as or more expensive because of some unjustified namesake value, but none of them compare to the movie theater-like picture the LG OLED delivers. It is also unbelievably thin. The OLED technology provides the thinnest screen ever seen. The only reason I can't give it a 5-star review is that the built-in speakers are pedestrian at best. A week in, we caved and added a sound bar. This tv's speakers, disappointingly, were no better than that of the 15-year old Panasonic plasma it replaced. That said, if you have the budget, I'd recommend this tv. For $200-$500 you have several soundbar choices that will make the sound anywhere from good enough to nearly theater-like.

Love the this TV. Me and my wife are both big into consul gaming and this tv really makes a difference in cooler and practically no latency. I will say that when installing it you will be amazed to how light it is. I would highly recommend greeting the protection plan for the tv though, because it is and OLED they do have an issue with bornin over long periods of time. But that is if you turn off some of the default settings. would defiantly buy it agene

I did so much research on new 4k TVs. Watched/read about TVs and this tv always came out on top. It's amazing the color and fps this tv outputs is astonishing. When I'm watching certain movies with scenes that are 24fps or lower it looks choppy because oled is fast response and I didn't before on my old 1080p led tv. This tv is highly recommended by reviewers. I chose this over the new LG CX tvs because of the deal I got on this and not much improvement going from C9 to CX

I did a lot of research before buying because this is my first large tv ever and I wanted to do it right. I chose to buy this model at Best buy instead of saving $50 on the price and getting an instant in store credit for $100 at Costco because this version ending in PUA is WISA ready and I wanted to be able to access that when/if it takes off. The picture is great, the sound for a TV is amazing! The only reason I didn't 5 star it is the remote is severely lacking. The channel / volume buttons are all black so you can't see them in a dark room. The play/pause buttons are really small and hard to find. And the rewind / fast forward are only one speed. It really needs to be backlit or at least make the buttons visible in a dark room. Also the magic pointer comes on very easily and it's not very intuitive on how to make it go away. Other than that I LOVE it!

I love this tv, I returned the Samsung Q90t and purchased this and wow! Way better and if you’re wondering if you should pick up the OLED or QLED definitely go with OLED picture quality is better and you won’t have the blooming issue or the reflection on the tv of a rainbow because of the way Samsung added the wide angle view, which OLED still has a better viewing angle.

I was very happy with the young man who explain all of the things that you should know about this large tv . The color and sharp clear picture is awesome. I truly believe that it was a great time for me to make this up grade. I was impressed by the way they kept me in the safe way to get it to my home. To me that was very important. A happy customer makes you wanna tell others how wonderful it was to have good people working with me. Thanks for your service.

LG has created a work of art in the AI ThinQ OLED 65 inch Flat Screen! The colors and the blacks are simply unbelievable! The screen is thinner than my iPhone, about a quarter inch thick! I didn’t want to go to sleep last night, I wanted to keep watching it! You will not go wrong getting one of these! Not a big fan of the magic remote, but hopefully it’s just learning curve issue. Word of advice, do not transport this flat screen on its front or back! Keep it standing up on the bottom.

Love it, easy to put together. Be careful with the counter weight, it is very heavy. Follow the unpacking directions!
