Customers are pleased with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the gaming capabilities and the future-proofing provided by the HDMI 2.1 ports. While some find the remote control difficult to use and the TV expensive, concerns about burn-in and the unattractive design when wall-mounted are also mentioned.

I think I'm just partial to Samsung. I was caught between the Samsung q80 and this model. This is a gorgeous TV, and I loved how thin it is but I didn't feel luxury $2300+ that I spent not including taxes or the warranty. The remote control felt very cheap. Sony has a better remote IMO. Samsung too but it is very shortcoming. For $600 less I was able to get the Samsung 75" vs this model and I am extremely pleased. If you're an LG fan and you have the money to splurge go for it. I was wanting more, especially with the dark pictures (I watch a lot of horror movies) and I was not impressed. I also wasn't a fan of the magic pointer. You can disable it but I wasn't a fan.

Upgraded my 2016 B6 for this unit. Wow what a difference, from picture quality to the web OS. Colors pop even more with this C9 and much snappier.
I did purchase last year's C8 model for another room & difference are subtle. Besides hdmi 2.1 & a gen 2 processor, last year's model & this are very similar. I still would recommend the C9 for anyone in the market for a new TV. Definitely worth the cash!

I picked this 65” TV after considering high-end 75” Sony and Samsung LED TVs selling at about the same price. I ended up going with this one, in part because of the slightly superior picture quality, but also because the C9 PUA has no outer frame going around the edge of the screen like most LED TVs. The absence of an outer frame makes the picture seem limitless when the TV is on and makes the TV look like a sleek tinted glass surface against the wall when it is off. I wish there were more ways to customize the picture and the remote included a single button to shuffle through different sound output options (internal speakers, WiSA speakers, HDMI, etc.) but overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Love the TV, especially the clarity of the picture. Since it was ordered during the pandemic, it was delivered, when promised, to our front porch. The instructions for putting the stand together, and attaching it to the TV were not helpful. I had to look at a video on Utube. Also, the remote is not user friendly. We have DirecTV, and it’s easier to use that remote to go back to the previous channel, and to watch programs from the DVR. Also, sometimes when pressing the numbers for a channel, it takes several tries to get to the correct channel. We were also disappointed that LG Smart TVs do not support ESPN+, which I was told is the developer’s issue, not LG’s.

The television has a beautiful picture out of the box. The setup was easy, but it's a little scary attaching the screen to the base because the screen is so thin. You definitely need two people to do it safely. My only complaint about the TV is the remote. It feels clumsy and It seems that some of the buttons would make more sense to be in different places.

I replaced an older plasma TV that I really liked but was losing its picture quality. This picture is really good and great blacks. Also, the physical TV is really nice looking. The only drawback is the screen is so thin that you have to be VERY careful when handling. Also, my other TV was wall mounted and I was hesitant to do that with this one due to how thin it is.

Our old (2005) but great Pioneer Elite plasma TV couldn't handle much streaming very well, so we (well, especially the guy, my husband) wanted a new hi-def TV. Staff at the store was great--patient and knowledgeable. Decided on the LG OLED and hired the Best Buy crew to set it up. Really good idea. And two great guys came--set up the stand, set up the TV, explained how to work the set.
